Breakfast is probably the high feature of this hotel - very good assortments and tasteful. Staff is friendly and the location is great if you drive, with easy access to main highways.

Cleaning should be better. Stains on the wall and dirt details in the room - it's definitely not done properly. Considering the price range, I'd expect much better than this.

Staff: reception service was really cold and too formal treatment when we arrived at the Hotel. We did not enjoy the way we were treated.Room: small room. Hotel and Hotel Room : old furnitureGym Academy: not too many options. Lack of more equipments and diversity.

The Booking app tells me the hotels is pet friendly. When I arrived in the hotel, I need to pay more R$70,00 because of my pet. The booking didn’t inform that there would be an extra charge.

I really liked the location

I did expect a lot more from the room/cleaning. It was not clean at all, when you walk barefoot you literally have to shower again.

Everything was very good. The cheese bread in the breakfast was perfect. The hotel facilities were ok mainly the fitness room.

There’s no insulation on the walls, so you can hear everything in your floor. The pillows are very poor, and the minibar just had Coke and juice, no water. The property is not old, but it’s in need for some repairs.

Bathroom walls and floors were dirty, poor towels, ragged bed sheets, and pillows. It's over past the time for renovation.

The hotel is very beautiful and confortable. The entrance of the hotel is very nice and also have some stores on the sorrounding areas. The location is very near the Ananhanguera Highway but not so near of downtown, but even so, there is a big shopping center nearby and many options at places close to the hotel. The elevators are very good.

The breakfast is good, but nothing special, very basic. The pillow is very low, if you are used with high pillow, it´s good to talk with the staff. The staff also was not so good. The bar of the hotel lobby is very expensive, with few options and the orders take too much time. The cleaness is good, but not so much.

The parking billing should be added in the hotel bill.

The parking system. We must pay every 24 hours to renew the ticket.The cost of a regular coffe (Nespresso) is 7,00 BRL. It is very expensive. (They don’t have a machine for a common Expresso). They just have a Nespresso home version in the lobby bar.

The room was nice and clean. Nice staffs.
