Excellent location and breakfast

The beds do not have enough covers or sheets as an American

The staff in special the kids entertainment.

Really bad maintenance, the breakfast is bad.

The breakfast were very good, as the dinner as well.The staff was very nice, specially Jessica on the reception.

The reception shoud have air condition.

Breakfast was disappointing. Had to buy a Nespresso from the reception.

Don't stay upstairs, there's no elevator

no elevator, and nobody to carry luggage so if you're older... Also, they didn't have the rooms that I've booked (weeks in advance) available at the check-in , so with the hotel overbooked, and without options for single beds, they sent my 2 adult sons to a special needs room, as a result, in the wasroom there's to barrier for the water on the shower...a disaster - it turned into an adult's splash zone.

The staff where absolutely rude the rooms where minimum. They tried to overcharge us on food we never even orded. This place is an absolute joke. It has gotten worse and worse and worse I would recommend NOBODY stays here. They do not like foreigners we have rung the police we refuse to pay the food bill

I loved how it doesn't get you slave of elevators. easy to go through your room.

I felt bored about the TV, they might have to update their system.also air-conditioning is very old, works, but I missed to control the air when cooler or not.

Good price and decent breakfast

Old building and rooms not very comfortable. Noisy and very old style

Staff is quick. Location is good. Parking available on the premises.

They self proclaim to be a four star hotel. I wonder if that's a self assessment or there's a logical star system behind it. The bed is rock solid. The bathroom has a glass door with no privacy whatsoever. Breakfast had majorly carbs options e not many healthy options. The room wardrobe had an awful smell. Definitely do not recommend staying there.

Location, the room is very spacious and cozy. Good internet, free parking, good restaurante and regular breakfast. Excellent option for a stopover before carrying on a trip.

The check-in took too much time. Too few attends at hotel's reception.

It is clean, the staff is nice and warm and the breakfast is really good.

The bathroom door don't really close. So you don't have privacy there.

Excellent reception, very nice and pro active. The hotel is well located and despite the covid 19 pandemia and the restriction with closed restaurant it was easy in the city, to find all we need with delivery or take away. Unfortunatly, it was just a night and it was not possible to benefit all the nice structures of the hotel.

TV channels are very minimum, but mattress and shower were excelent
