Cons -
- Sadly there is a nightclub half a block away which apparently sometimes plays viciously loud music Fridays and Saturdays until morning. It only affects one side or corner of the building. I did not have a problem on Fri, but woke up Sat at 4:15 am from a bass that was difficult to believe. There was no going back to sleep it was so ridiculously powerful. I consulted reception about it, more bewildered rather than complaining, since my week stay had otherwise been excellent in every way. The situation is “in process” with curious and powerful people involved. I spoke to Manager Mr Vanderlei, a great manager and wonderful person. He discounted one full day and assured me if I stay there again I would get an upgraded room and certainly on the far side. I still give this hotel very positive review. Great people, very good experience.

It had no battery in the air conditioning control, it was impossible to sleep, you could hear all the noise from the Pubs even if you were inside. The bed broke the leg in the middle of the night 6 nights and the bed sheets were not changed once and it is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and the last time the same thing happened, the bathroom lights were on after 10 minutes They started to fail. terrible experience. Second and last time I stay at this hotel, there won't be a next one.

the cleaning was absolutely poor , they didn’t charge the sheets because I drop something in the first day and pass 5 days they never changed , I had to drop the towels in the floor otherwise they weren’t going to change them
