when booked through booking.com., the date can be changed and need to confirm if the date is correct. I called the hotel to confirm but they said everything on booking.com and didn`t confirm about my booking.

Very nice personnel that cares about the guests. I liked the room and the fact it was well prepared for a person on wheelchair - everything spacious and easy accesible. Everything very clean. Good breakfast.

Good rooms with enough space. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast has sufficient enjoyable options.

Location is a bit far from everything

Very clean, breakfast was awesome, beds were comfy, staff was very nice even though we didn’t speak portuguese.

It`s very simple and not special. but it is enough to have the light meal.

actually, when I tried to book the hotel through booking.com, the date was changed automatically. We booked to stay on 23rd but automatically changed to 22nd. then, I tried to book on 24th, it was changed to 23rd. I was not sure if it is correctly booked on 23rd and called the hotel to make sure. But they didn`t answer and just told me to correct it through booking.com. The problem of the facility was elevator. They have 2 elevators. One of them didn`t open the door at 5th floor and we needed to use another elevator only. When we go up, it is ok because we can send the elevator with the problem to the other floor and can use the proper one. But when we want to use the elevator at 5th floor, it doesn`t open and have to wait for somebody to call this elevator, otherwise another elevator will not move.

we reserved 2 rooms and upon arrival they told us they only had 1

good breakfast, good shower, fast internet.

Friendly and helpful reception staff who spoke English. good soundproofing in the room despite proximity to the highway. good size desk area in the room and hooks on the wall

room and particularly the bathroom very compact . there is a gym but it’s very small.
