The service was excellent, located in a good and calm place. Loved the cathedral. Breakfast was really good. I will come back

Location was very convenient and people were friendly at the front desk

Breakfast was not good with stale breads, too many sweets and not enough good protein. Could have better varieties of fruits. Dinner was sub par, chicken was dry, rice was overcooked, and communication about allergies was very poor. Room was next door to two rooms under construction and you could hear loud banging, drilling, and other construction noises. Bathroom sink was clogged. White walls with no decor, and walls were dirty with streaks of black and other stains. Bathroom was not very clean and ceiling of shower was breaking and full of mold. The maid came in and “cleaned” the place but all they actually did was make the beds, our towels weren’t even replaced and the sink was left clogged and gross.

Good location. Although the old building, it was clean and comfortable.

The location was great, the breakfast very good as well and the staff were super nice. I love the panoramic elevator! Great views from the city.

The building is old and needs renovation. Also, they need to service the a/c, most likely change the filters because I could feel it hadn’t been worked on for a long time.

the room is very antiquated, the bathroom has a lot of mold and the lights don’t work properly, we ask in the reservation for a reformed room and the hotel confirmed it, but when we arrived that… surprise didn’t have the room….
