The staff are very helpful and friendly . Very accommodating

I think the only thing would be the pillows in the room. It was very soft and not much support

Front desk (concierge and reception) and folks to greet us were excellent. The concierge folks were very polite, smiling, and helpful. The hotel was clean, and the location is great.

We asked for Do Not Disturb, but the housekeeping woman rang our doorbell around 4 pm, and insisted on coming in. We told her no. We spent six or seven minutes trying to get her to go away. We are seniors, and we were tired and were taking our naps.

Room is new and clean. Staff are very helpful and good communication in English.

The location is a little bit far from shopping street, however, the noodle restaurant inside the hotel is perfect for food at night.

The location. There’s a subway construction cross the road. Not much shops and restaurants nearby. Hopefully this will change once the construction finishes.

Location is good next to the subway although there’s no convenience store in the immediate vicinity. Clean and welcoming. Jacuzzi, pool and gym facilities very good although staff could be friendlier. Check in efficient. Breakfast choice and quality good.

When we were there in Mar, it was turned into an expo venue for wine and food fair. The lobby had all sorts of wooden partition, cardrop off is at the side road. It looked like a construction site. A bit disappointing as it does not feel like a Sheraton at all. The cafe and everything else was shutdown. After the event they restored the lobby and it looks much better. Still I think there are better options

Location was great, just a short hop away from an MRT station. Breakfast was good although the first time we were there, there was an exhibition and the space squeeze saw lesser buffet options.

Although this is a smoke free hotel, there was still tobacco odour in the corridor. Despite our request for a smoke free room because of respiratory sensitivity, we still got a room that had been occupied by a smoker. The staff were quick to give us a fresh room when we complained but you could tell they used air freshener to hide any underlying tobacco odour. I guess it is tough to enforce a strict no smoking policy.

Our toilet bowl choked.After 2 nights of plumping, they changed our room. But I don't know if they fixed the issue for the next guests as the hotel room vacancy was full due to a trade show

Very comfortable and classy hotel. Right in the middle of chengdu, convenient location and a nice gym.

The room had a bit of a smell of smoke, the room service wasn’t 24/7.

Property is pretty new and well maintained, there’s a coffee shop right within the facilities which is convenient for us to grab a coffee in the morning

There’s no convenience store nearby the area which is inconvenience for us to buy some food and water, and when we checked in there’s pee drop in our toilet seat and some stains at the back of the toilet cover but when we called and complain about it they sent the housekeeping and disinfect the toilet right awayour carpet also left a few piece of sunflower seed by the previous guest maybe due to carpet color is kind of the same color with the sunflower seed so the housekeeping missed to vacuum the area, i think their housekeeping can be improve better

The suite decor is very nice , the staffs at reception and Chinese dinning are very good. And the cleaning staff are all very friendly.

The location, in the city centre, is good as a base for various sightseeing in Chengdu city.The breakfast buffet was very good.

A quality hotel and what you would expect from a Sheraton branded hotel. Very good value as well. Everything was perfect, the check in, the room, housekeeping as well as breakfast which was an excellent variety. You will not be disappointed

Everything good, only minor improvements that could be noted, the shower water could be hotter.

Excellent service, the team do their best to communicate with the foreign customers. Breakfast was good though after 3 days looks very much the same. The place is clean and close to Luomashi metro station which makes it an excellent choice. From there you can get anywhere practically in their excellent metro system. Was my birthday during my visit and a cake of very good size was waiting for us after a great day in the city. This is the type of details that make your trip memorable and make you come back to the same city and hotel. We will absolutely do it.

The breakfast is quite good. Would be excellent with a bit of changes during the week.

Clean good service and regular reload in water. People trying to help even if English speaking. Kudos to waitress on 2nd floor in coffee space who was really helpful, professional and kind.
