Perfect place for a short stay, clean with great facilities, staff are always helpful and friendly. Great location. Excellent value for money. My go to when coming to Chengdu

Left one of my clothes behind accidentally. The staff couriered it to my next hotel in Chengdu for free!

Size of the room

Lobby is refurbished and looks great but rooms are too old!

Even though it is a 15 minute walk to South metro station, I still chose this hotel because of the good review and reasonable rate for a one night layover stay.

It is on a busy road. The soundproofing was not good enough to shield the traffic noise.

This is not the first time I stay in this hotel, and every time it lives up to my expectations, especially the staff in the breakfast area, whose warm and thoughtful service makes me feel warm.

It's not as close to the Chengdu South Station as I thought. It's at least 15-20 minutes walk from Exit E on the subway. Or rent a bike for about 1.5km ride.The queen bed seems smaller. All the smart lights are a bit confusing - might have to flick it a couple of times for different lights.Sound proofing is no good from the highway.

Air conditioner is not working, ordered non smoking room but the room is still smell like smoker room

Incredibly kind service, front desk, cleaners, chefs.Our room was clean and comfy.Metro lines 1,7 and 18 are in a 10-minutes walking distance.The breakfast included continental options as well, but the chinese soup was definitely our favorite.I highly recommend this hotel, I would choose it again without hesitation!

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Arriving very late at night (at shuangliu international airport) the only option I had it was a taxi (46CNY) and was met in the hotel by English speaking staff.I was allocated a non-smoking room on the 15th floor, very spacious, huge bathroom, windows facing the highway/South Railway Station. Room had no wardrobe, no safe box but had a small fridge. Also, you do not really need adaptors as there are many sockets for travellers. Room with breakfast cost was 321.63CNY per nights!-Location: it is a 15-20 minutes walk to South Railways Stations -Exit E (Metro line 1, 7, 19). Outside the metro exit there are few/old tuk tuk; try negotiate the cost because they want 20CNY for a 2 minutes drive to the hotel.However, as the hotel is next to the highway Didi is a good alternative (NOTE: when using DIDI the hotel name is Chengdu Maitian Tianyue Hotel). Hotel to Panda Research site 36, hotel to Terminal 2 of Shuangliu airport 34 CNYOn Guanghe Yijie street there are many "family-run" restaurants, big portion from 7 to 20CNY.-Hotel breakfast: good variety of Asian and European foodOthers: there is a bar in the foyer but it was alway closed. Room Service menu available. Free water bottles

I did not asked but they changed the bed linen; and although I left the towel on the hook, it was changed every day.There is an environmental card on the side of the bed of the procedures; it may be a good idea to remind the staff

The staff were friendly and room service were nice. The rooms were big with cleanness and nice facilities.

Generally the room is very good and worthwhile the money charged. Would be better if they can put some scent sticks in rooms to provide some better aura.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever been. For the price we paid, the room size, style and the buffet was incredible. The staff were amazing in helping us get around Chengdu and helped everytime we had tourist questions. The hotel was very beautiful and I can only talk high of them. I highly recommend!

This hotel is very comfortable and easy to reach from the "old" international airport (just 30 minutes). The hotel has nice up to date rooms and very good beds. The bath room and shower are comfortable and clean. The lobby has nice seating areas. The buffet breakfast is large with a lot of choice. Good coffee,

It is a pity that the "bar" in the lobby seating area was not open.

The breakfast was good , much variety of food , But the location is Not suitable for Holiday Traveller,its quite a distance away from city down town. Probably suitable for Events Organizer. where self transport is available. The only wonder of this Hotel is near to CHR station nearby -10 minutes by Taxi/Grab Car.

The Hotel surrounding is very quiet- one can only order food from Hotel or Grab food from outside ,you got to walk several hundred meter away in order to reach a nearby Restaurent. Expected a KingSize bed - but given a Queen Size .

The staff was accommodating, the rooms were quite nice and clean. The location was quite close to the city center, and Hello Bikes were everywhere around the hotel and the whole city.

None to be honest, maybe the view from the room was just buildings nothing much.

We were initially assigned rooms on a smoking floor, and after we gave feedback on it, the counter staff kindly gave us a room upgrade on a non-smoking floor. It was great!Facilities-wise, the food in the restaurant was not bad and the laundry room was great.

The hotel lobby constantly smelt like cigarette smoke, so it wasn't pleasant to linger for long. The clothes dryer runs for indefinite amounts of time, which makes it hard to predict when the runs will finish.Would be nice if the hotel had a gym.

Staffs were kind, helpful and respectful. Room was spacious. Restaurant and foods were well.

Far from subway station and big malls, you have to take taxi.

Nice hotel, clean , helpful staff, location is ok , 15 minutes walking to the next subway. Breakfast is ok, mainly Asian dishes, but still there is a European section too
