- They couldn’t control people smoking indoor. On the third floor there was a wedding reception and guests were smoking! Elevators were full of smoke - our room was supposed to be non smoking yet smelled of smoke- we changed rooms in the middle of the night.
- we have unfortunately still not received a tax invoice for the stay of our employeesthis will be the last time we book a hotel with your hotel chain. Poorly organised, do not adhere to any regulations, poorly trained staff.

Clean and friendly hotel, not a bad location. Some nice bars and restaurants in walking distance.
Too small room, old carpet on the floor, no mattress for the baby crib.
The staff in this hotel are simply the most friendly, considerate and helpful of any property that I stay at in China and went far beyond what i would have expected or hoped for in helping me through the various difficulties that are encoutered when travelling during the pandemic.
The selection of western foods is very limited, which is understandable given the current level of western visitors to the hotel, and honestly it wasn't a problem as there are lots of excellent restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the hotel.
The room was very spacious and at a good value price. It was well kept and the location very convenient.
