The low price but I regretted booking there

The staff treated me like they doing me a favor yet I paid. I had to ask for wifi password instead of them giving to me. The tv had no remote, then they gave me remote for another tv. The toilet & shower space too tiny

Everything - Ants on the fridge, unclean, no light bulbs, wires from lamps were removed, bedding and towels, unclean, shower, and basin disgusting. Shebeen music till all hours of the morning Worst experience ever!!

Location was good close to amenities and secured.

The room was not clean, you could see hair from the previous occupants, and linen not clean as well. The bed was uneven, probably the base was broken, chairs were dirty and the bed was not comfortable at all.

Ample Secure Parking. Clean, big room with amenities. Close to mall and shops, garages. In good area of Three Rivers.

No gate access/control. Bathroom door in room couldn’t close.Shower door couldn’t close completely. Wifi password wasn’t workingNo netflix or DSTV, limitied viewing.

The room is big

The towels are old and hard, the bath tab has brown stains, I ordered food and it took forever before I received it and to make it worse, the meat platter was cold and the worst food I have ever tasted. I slept hungry because I could not eat that. And no microwave in our room

The area is secured and quite but the owner can do better to beat the neighbouring competition.

The bed sheet /mattress cover was stained and dirty. The window handles were broken and stashed in the drawer. No one warned us about that. They provided only 1 bath towel. The extra blanket in the wardrobe smells of human sweat and had just been used .

Location is very accessible. I liked their meat lover's platter for two, it is delicious, filling and worth the price. Compliments to the chef for that.

It's a hotel without breakfast, we only discovered upon arrival. It is listed as one of the services but not included in the package. The place is very noisy, with cash bar and music, and we could hardly sleep, until around 01h30am in the morning.

The facilities were nice and modern

There were pests and cockroaches in the room. The shower handle was electrically shocking. Door handle was broken. Not enough bath towels

There was not enough cups, coffee, sugar and milk in the room. The excuse was they ran out of milk. Everything else was good. Breakfast was excellent.

The receptionist is extremely extremely blunt and rude.She has attitude and stated there was no early check in a horrible manner however the booking.com website states it's with early check in.The towels were brownThe pillows stainedThe lady took a picture of my credit card which goes again popia act.She was overall rude and should not be in receptionist

The money I paid was not worth the room I had.

Lots of maintenance needed in my room. Bathroom door couldn't close - no lock.... was a huge struggle to lock and unlock my room door. The bath was stained in both rooms that was given to me. Occupants having parties at their cars and making noise. Nothing was done about it. Manager was yelling at the staff early morning for everyone to hear - Very unprofessional. Manager not very friendly. Does not even smile. The night receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The tv channels was grainy and there were only 4x to choose from. Cleaners were playing music loudly on a Bluetooth speaker whilst cleaning rooms, not respecting the occupants that is still in their rooms. No globes in the bedside lamps. Blanket provided was full of dried food

TV channels didn't work. For R950 per night you would think that you'd get your moneys worth. Toilet seat broken. Needs proper cleaning. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone!
