No brush on toilets no kioski bar for food nd beverage tv and arcon old style

Space too small,,no wifi

The place was clean

Firstly we didn't have electricity from midnight till we left and our fones went flat .We also couldn't watch TV. We could call or complain as there are no fones in the rooms. For this inconvenience I want a refundSecondly the shower spilt water and water couldn't go to the drain. We were given a quarter of toilet paper.Lastly some guests were quite noisy

Place was near to my conference.

Rooms are too small, bathroom not userfriendly, water from the shower spreads all over the bathroom when one showers. Unclean bedding, specifically duvet cover. No top sheet provided. No toilet in reception for guests when they arrive. Long wait when checking in. No kitchen amentities, no kettle in the room. Rooms not user friendly for elderly or disabled people.

There was cockroaches in our room, Heater was not heating; and bed was comfortable and sheets were dual; was not changed to white even though they knew that we are not smoking; and it made the room to look dull and not clean

Polite disappointment ?

Not being contacted if booking not possible for whatever reason. The lady explained that my name was on the system, booking.com, and Sun1 was fully booked. I had to look for another accommodation after 22:30

We were given a room where smoking was allowed and we both smokers so everything was fine we had fun our room at the corner no disturbance

Facility needs a renovation, carpets stuffed and reception area is not clean

Smell of carpets, old bedding and the overall equipment too old. Reception area with dirty floors. Staff was great but the rooms needs a redo especially now that Sun International is in the picture.

The receptionist was very welcoming and understanding. Showing us the room first to make sure we will be happy with the way it is prior to finalizing the check in, was a definite plus on my side. I don't like surprises, so that part was sorted without me having to ask first.

It was a short stay and only needed a bed to sleep on for the night. There's nothing I didn't like

The map location was incorrect and took my family and myself into a taxi rank after 22h00. The location supplied by you were incorrect. Could not find the place

The employees were really nice and professional.

No wifi in the rooms. The blankets looked old and worn out. The shower did not have a shower head.

Rooms are neat and tidy, staff friendly! And coffee always available!

Disappointing

Aircon did not work, rooms are outdated and needs upgrade like the other Sun 1 hotels. Need more channels on the tv.

Location was convenient and quiet and room matched the price.

When I enquired, I was informed that the wifi is only meant to be used at the reception area. Also the fact that there was no back up for electricity. We didn't have electricity since Wednesday night. Furthermore we had to use cold water yesterday morning.

there was no brake fast hence I left as early as 07:00am rushing to site

these showers are small and not comfortable

Rooms and beds are not perfect and there is no bar fridges in the rooms and no DSTV in the rooms

Space is too congested, there was noise from some children from neighboring rooms. Place needs to be revamped. Security did not even check our car boot as we checked in. No Wifi
