Family room was very clean and everything except to be inside was there. My family and I loved it ❤️

The toilet is very noisy after flushing, and there was too much light in the room from the outside light curtain will do.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms with good facilities, safe parking and close to N4. Friendly and helpful reception.

Everything was exceptional and on point, from the friendly staff to the exquisite room that's very spacious and accommodating having everything one can imagine. Definitely coming back here again.

The were several critters in our room but the staff handled those very well.

The facilities were exceptional and clean. The bathrooms are State of the art. The food and drinks at the bar were also nice.

There we no battery lights in the room for in case of loadshedding. It seems there is a generator, but it takes too long to kick in. Had to stay in the dark for a while.

I feel they should be more prepared to cater for full capacity when it comes to catering/provision of room service food. They couldn't provide me with breakfast or dinner when I called ,I was told that they were catering for many people.They should also provide laundry services,it's in their pamphlet but again I was told that they couldn't provide the service .Generally the place is beautiful,clean and matches the photos on internet

The accomodation is beautiful and clean

They need to have an option on how elderly clients can be able to climb the stirs if however their ground floor accomodation is full

The location and comfort of the bed.

The key was difficult to remove from the door, it had to be removed at an angle. The staff said that's just how it is.The bathroom smelled like urine, it is leaking or not cleaned well. We checked in then went out, we realized the smell when we got back in the middle of the night. Bathroom visits smelled horrible.

The toilet was so dirty and the hair which I would assume was from the previous guest was all over the floor so disgusting.

The receptionist wasn't patient and was a bit harsh when communicating with us.

Very clean and they were so thoughtful, we had a pair of slippers in our room, a vanity case and a comb, it’s actually better than most hotels, they changed my mindset about lodges and B&Bs. Exceptionally decent ??

It was clean and well located

The bed was soo uncomfortable, they shouldnt have joined 2 matresses. The bathroom basin was blocked.

I loved everything about the place. The rooms are so spacious. From the reception, to the kitchen. Even though it was for a day but I will definitely go back for few days.Thank you

Cleanliness and comfortable.

Lack of small sink in the king room. Have to wash dishes in the basin in the bathroom. Doors are a bit noisy and hard to open.

Their service is exceptional

Around midnight there was alot of noise coming from other rooms,last night guests had No manners at all,i find it very disrespectful and annoying,I had no choice but to call the reception for assistance as i could not sleep ,To be honest i feel like I wasted my money I could have made arrangements somewhere else,I am disappointed I don’t want to lie.

I can’t begin to explain how amazing the bathroom was .The shower door was so convenient because water didn’t drip in the floor . We got a few necessities needed to bath and were replaced everyday . The bar fridge was really convenient. Enjoyed my stay and definitely going to book here again if I’m working that side .
