BON Hotel Rustenburg

Really nice staff. The breakfast was great. The music played in their restaurant was absolutely outstanding. Such a great vibe.

The staff was friendly , helpful and always happy to help, facilities were great, well kept, clean and if there is any issues the BON team was always happy to help make your stay enjoyable. We enjoyed the underground heated pool it is a definite must treat yourself. Dinner was also great, fresh ingredients and made to perfection.

no microwaves and ironing boards with irons readily available in the rooms bit of an inconvenience if you have left overs you'd like to warm up to have to call reception or go to the restaurant and when getting ready wanting to iron due to outfit change or whatever reason also requires a call , the breakfast is well made however it is not kept warm so you could be having cold eggs and bacon if you have breakfast 10mins after the food is served on the buffet table. The team is understaffed they do not complain or show the workload as they always happy to help and go the extra mile however it is evident in the time it takes to get things done.

An average hotel. Breakfast was ok. The room was a bit disappointing. Small and not well planned. Also, I was given a room where previous guests have smoked, which is not something I like. Overall an very average stay.

Small room with very basic furniture. The feeling the room gave was that it was a backroom behind a house or building that was converted into a guest room. And not very well planned.

The food from the Restaurant was delicious Compliments to the Chef ??Hot water always available at any time of the day Restaurant staff so welcoming

Nothing really

The room was not as clean as it should be. The AC only blew out cold air, the room was blistering cold. We killed 4 cockroaches in the one night we were there. The water bottle and kettle didn't have water, so if you wanted to have water in the middle of the night, you either had to go out to buy bottled water or drink from the bathroom sink. We asked for a room with a bathtub and were given one with a shower that didn't have hot water. There was no iron or garment steamer and we didn't have any extra blankets.

We loved our stay at the hotel. Friendly staff from the reception, restaurant and the ground staff. We also were provided with a cot for our baby.The meals from the restaurant were amazing. Thank you to Kelebogile on her exceptional service.

We were looking forward to swimming with our baby in the heated pool, however, we were informed that the pump is broken. That was the only disappointment.

Great spacious room and friendly staff.

Breakfast menu must be changed, same menu for two days is not necessary.

I would have enjoy a curry , beef but the food was great , the Cheff went out his way to make the food great

I liked how patient the staff wasI struggled with braai stand…and there was no microwave in our room so we had to eat cold food.

Ohhh we thoughts we were gonna get the bath tab but no and the shower was small and there weren’t running water in the morning

The staff came on our first day after an hour of our booking they wanted to open the door then I went to check Second day at 10 they came knocked and still having spare keys wanted to open I woke up and checked them they took all our towels even the clean once they said is for stock take ???how can u do stock take of the towels instead of exchanging them They took 3 hours to bring them back I called the reception 3 times they took me from pillar to post I am soo disappointed

The space and the environment

The service is poor... I requested an iron, and I ended up not getting the help I required... called the receptionists and still didn't get help.The cleaner came to collect the towels and didn't return them after cleaning

Bon hotel was a really huge hotel. It felt more like we were in a resort than a hotel really. The staff was friendly, the pools were the highlight for us and the breakfast daily was good but could be better.

We were travelling as a group and some of our friends got really old beds. We booked supreme rooms but they got really old beds with wooden old headboards too. Quiet disappointing

I really enjoyed my birthday the staff is so welcoming all of them but my waiter was keletso very nice welcoming. But i really appreciate all of the the reception that helped very friendly. I can't say more going back on the 14 February . Food very very nice

Meals were great, i loved the animals i saw there.

We had a network problem

I loved the baffet, you get to choose what you want. The food was good and well prepared. Swimming pools were clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I was not given a family room while I had indicated that I have twins 8 years old. Shower that was leaking on floor was not ok

Food their breakfast is same menu....And plain yogurt on the 3rd day wasn't there and they mixes sweet yogurt with vinegar
