The place was clean and comfortable

I was disappointed that they don't offer any water to drink, even though I was willing to buy the water, they had none. The front desk staff is quite hostile and not friendly at all.

Food and the pool is clean

The bedding is old and not comfortable. Get clean white comforters not too many sheets

Stinky carpet, cold coffee from machine, slow replenishing of breakfast items, and clearing up of tables.

The facilities particularly the bed was small and uncomfortable the couch was dirty there is no fridge not all the lights worked yhoo

The only reason i book is the free breakfast buffet and connivence of the mall across the road

The food is boring. It's the same menu for all of the time. Starch, chicken drumsticks, beef stew every night :(

Unclosing curtains and the noise by the road side. It will do good to install noise barriers

Rooms are tidy, clean and spacious enough. I always enjoy breakfast.

Other guests were noisy on weekends but you will get that everywhere.

Breakfast was great! Facilities can do with a bit of upgrade (especially putting a mini fridge in the rooms), otherwise not too bad for the price

Their bed is extremely bad. It had sounds and not comfortable at all. We were there to relax but I did not sleep well at all.

The sheet and the duvet were terrrible. Infact please buy proper duvet. You put an old blanket inside a duvet cover. This is the tireble bed divet i aheve sleep with.

The breakfast options were limited and quality was questionable. I ended up having cold breakfast which was not great

Easy check in , clean room , great breakfast. A true value for money hotel

The location was ok, but the roads to the hotel was in a very poor state. But the roads are been upgraded .

Water on the rooms and a telephone would be lovely

I had to go all the way to the reception to get the iron and ironing board.

My room was having 2 sachet of coffee milk 2 sachet of sugar and 5 teabags remember we were 2 how om earth will i enjoy my coffee
