Friendliness of both the security and reception personnel. Very clean establishment

A short patch of gravel road is a bit unpleasant but not much of a stress issue.

Location close to pilanesberg. Personel trying its best but can’t help the situation really.

Brown water from the taps. Leaking washbin and showerhead spraying to all sides but not down. Restaurant only had a few options from the menu. Location doesn’t really feel safe

Wi_fi is very bad

The breakfast was delicious, enjoyed it.The Location was awesome, in a quiet area. Free car wash, that was a cherry on top... really didn't expect that. The staff was very friendly, I felt home.

The bed. It made an irritating sound just by sitting on it.

Breakfast was fine except that we were told a lower price than what was charged.

Poor wifi and no indication of staff assisting , except giving excuses.

The beauty and comfortability of the hotel room was amazing.

In terms of the price I paid I expected the breakfast to have been included and the location of the hotel is very far away from town which is something I really didn't like.

I was rooting for this hotel. We loved the staff, food, humility and decor effort, especially in this area. I could have given the hotel an easy 8. We stayed at the Presedential suite to get a good experience over the Easter weekend. However we experienced 2 days of cold showers . Made worse by the fact that we were suffering from a nasty flu. The fancy showers and bath tub could not regulate hot and cold water at all, which was a real let down. In addition, the rates are expensive, and did not include breakfast which was an extra charge. So we felt that compared to a stay at the Cascades at Sun City 20 min away , it was not goof value for money. With that said, the owner has shown a lot of love and this establishment will get better with constructive feedback.

Friendly staff, very welcoming and helpful. The place is beautiful, well kept and clean. They answer their calls quickly too and ready to assist. I like that they also have menu you can order from until 9pm so you don’t have to worry about what you are going to eat when you get there.

What I didn’t like was brought on more by my neighbours, the noise they made the whole night and singing happy birthday very loud before 5am. I wish security or 24hr receptionist could have told them to be mindful of other guests. The property was booked out with people who were attending funerals early in the morning, we all needed a peaceful sleep.

Katlego,Dorah and Chris at the gate,these guys were just exceptionally professional and they gave us quiet an experience.the food was delicious,the signature ribs and wings combo was to die for.i think we ordered it more than 4times???. I loved every minute there

Honestly nothing i didnt like.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpfull, from security to check-in to the night receptionist. Their hospitality is warm, generous, and sincere, always going the extra mile to accommodate requests with a positive attitude.

Nothing what we really didn't like, just some small improvements to make. The hotel is allright holding it to European standards, but considering the South African countryside, this hotel is above average.

The design, the staff was friendly and quick to respond to the matter to be resolved

The shower drain was blocked which made the whole bedroom filled with water. The lights in the bedroom was not working.

The staff is amazing, they deserve a raise?, love the beds, booked the twin beds, the shower setup was superb(the drainage in the showers could use a bit of a redo, the water piles up during the showers).

There could be some improvement on the breakfast, however we did eat in, so I’m not sure if that is the reason the breakfast wasn’t as good.Accessing the hotel is a bit of an inconvenience, the hotel can work on the drive into the hotel.Also just a suggestion, kindly look into the channels made available, more variety please.

The food was great. The location is not bad. Great staff. Clean rooms.

The network is a bad, I wouldn’t recommend staying there while working remotely.

Prompt response to the gate, especially in the evening. It is too scary to wait at the gate.The WiFi was a bit of challenge. It was not working.

The place is sheer luxury, exactly what we saw on pictures before we could book. We took the Apartments since he had a bigger family and what a memorable holiday we had. The place is not far from Sun City and many activities. The kids loved the swimming pool.The place is such a Beauty!!!

I had a surprise birthday celebration planned and the staff went above and beyond to make it very special and to also keep it a secret so that my partner doesn't notice anything. I was very happy to be honest.

Air conditioning we’re efficient

There’s a water usage bill when you check out,and a 14% vat at the restaurant.I didn’t get what was all that about.

Our room was big and clean,the gate guy was very friendly

we did not have any food on the site .the facility does not cater halaal .we hade breakfast at sun city resort .the beds were very comfortable
