Hotel Plaza Camboriú

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was very clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of fresh options.

Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a serious issue — some valuable items were stolen from our room, and when we reported this to management, their response was extremely disappointing. They showed little concern or willingness to help resolve the matter.It’s a shame because the property itself is nice, but the lack of accountability and care from the staff and management left us feeling frustrated and unsafe.

Location and price. I would say it’s a good deal. I will be staying here next time around.

I liked everything about this hotel, except for the fact that the reception desk changed me around two dollars for a chocolate bar that was in the room. I usually have the candy that is in the room for free.

Central location, close to everything. The restaurant staff Jefferson, Sandro and Dilange were exceptional, always smiling and making sure we were comfortable.They were definitely the highlight of this hotel - excellent manners and customer service skills, will be missed.

View from the bedroom on 1st floor was obstructed with concrete wall, lift was always full or out of order, air conditioning just above bed - hard to adjust temperature as too cold or too hot at times

Hotel was just in the photos and in the description. The room was nice and clean with good beds and airco. The breakfast was great, enough choice with a lot of fruits. The pool was also good, based on some reviews was worried that it would not be nice, but it was good for a quick dip. There was also a nice sun deck and a playroom. Very close to the beach and the hotel provides with towels that you can take to the beach and to the pool. Overall a very good experience.

Only thing as a suggestion would be to better clean the tiles in the bathroom, some places are mouldy. Also takes quite long to get the car back from parking, but we knew this based on other reviews, so it was not a negative point for us.

The hotels very clean and have an excellent location in the city center and close to the sea. The staff are very helpful.

One of the elevators in the hotel stopped working and the situation was very bad.

Beds are horrible. Swimming Pool was not clean enough and play room poorly attended.

Location was excellent, nice lobby, lots of facilities.

Lift is too small, so one has to wait a while to go down to breakfast.

It was a real exprince of 4 star hotel stay. Friendly helping staff, providing me with all what I needed and changed my room for a room with a room with a bettwe view when I asked them. To mention : I was there in a low season week and the price was low.

Breakfast staff were extremely friendly but was not made aware you could order fried eggs. Only after seeing others receiving and after asking did we manage to get an order placed.

Very noisy despite being on 12th floor could hear all traffic noise. Thin single glazed window that was always left open by cleaners for some reason. Could hear everything from adjacent rooms even talking and the room above must have had a constant need to drag furniture across floor continually every evening and morning not sure what they were doing.

My overall experience was good at this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room and facilities were clean.

there was not much to complain about but if I had to choose something it would be, that there wasn’t an iron available for use to iron clothes. Also, the beds were kinda hard, so it was tough to get comfortable some nights

Very decent hotel in the middle of Camboriu. Good quality all round. Very good breakfast, the usual buffet style but with a few extra touches. In the middle of the center but still relatively quiet room. Pleasant staff. Beautiful and excellent showers. Really a good option, we enjoyed our stay. Price on par with the value you get.

Sometimes the elevators take a long time.

The location

The hotel is under construction. It does not have internet. Now it have a lot of noise. I missed 1 day of work because of internet fluctuations. There is no notification on their website about the messy. they took more than 20 hours to cleanning my room.

Politely helpfully people at frontline reception, welcoming smiles, communicative and profissional youngest man waiters at breakfast restaurant. Hotel is good Located, swimming pool cleaning area.

the location is good, in the mid of Balneário Camboriú’s main Avenue.

the pool is very small and it was crowded.

The staff was very friendly and he room had lot of space.

The hot water could be hotter, didn't even need to mix it with cold.

I had the bad luck of getting stuck I Balneário Camboriú with Covid. During the isolation period, all the staff went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Besides staff, facilities are adequate to the type of hotel and location is perfect for a walk on the beach.

It was great for a one night stay in walking distance from the central area with stores and beaches. We arrived at night and left early so we can't comment on any facilities.

the service at reception wasn’t very good. had to pay for parking, which was not clear in the booking. they made mistakes on parking management and called to say they brought the car out when we didn’t ask for it. the game room upstairs was very old and out of date with worn out equipment. the pool is not as nice or big as it may appear in photos.
