Disregard to the customer and not a care to offer compensation.

Electrical repair had start time at middle of the day but not finishing time. Additionally the electrical repair had issues and the elevators were off without warning for maintenance. No one was trying to help stranded people.

I like the fact they change me from a room that had a construction near by and put me on one that didn't have the noice.

I don't like the fact you are saving electricity and the hols are dark . Made me feel unsafe and if your card didn't work (that happens to me when I change rooms ) you got stoked on the floor till someone comes to save you and you can take the elevator downstair . This is ridicules and the smart city is the worse thing I had experienced in my life. NO this is not save the planet ...Will make humans suffering and you will make more money . Turn the lights one and make your costumers feel save on your hotel .

Excellent breakfast: fresh fruits, good service, a nice variety of breads — nothing to complain about.Location: one of the best in the city, right in front of the beach — excellent!Elegant lobby and polite guests.

View: the lowest point of the stay — it faced a very ugly landscape. It wasn’t a “city view”; it was a “no view.”Elevators: they take too long to reach the destination.Room: poor room quality, smelled like mold; we had to change rooms.

- breakfast was pretty good. Good range of coffees and juices. Eggs and bacon as well.- pool and sauna were nice- internet for work was reliable

- some noise from the rode below, apparently all the ifood drivers want you to hear their motorcycles- random construction noise during the day- hotel front desk staff wasn't too accomdating when asking for an extra chair/table in room.- the cleaning staff took our extra room key that kept the air running when gone.-They did allow for a late checkout time which was helpful- Room fridge is full of their expensive drinks, NO room for your own drinks... duh

Very noisy in the room, heard loud music from outside the entire day into late night, also the door kept making loud noises and I had to put a blanket in it in the middle of the night so it would stop moving and making noise.Beyond that , the air conditioning did not work properly, not cold enough, I felt hot in the night.

It would also be helpful to have another restaurant option — we felt limited to the Paris 6 room service, which is expensive and has a very specific menu.Additionally, the cleaning could be more thorough, especially under the furniture.The TV is outdated and not a smart TV. For guests traveling for work rather than leisure, this makes a difference during downtime."

Location is great!

AC doesn’t work very well inside of the room. Valet takes too long to bring our car, a bit unorganized.

Good, but the gym was not well maintained. Room was very good and clean.

Check in process was poorly organized. Nobody understood the lines and the prioritization was a mess. The hotel has to make the welcome process a priority. The gym was not well maintained.

Great position clean

No bar no coffee no atmosphere. Had to go for coffee to shop next door for a beer go to park bench. Beach has very limited facilities everyone carries their own deck chairs. Needs a lovely sitting area overlooking the sea with coffee snacks and drinks all day. It is supposed to be a holiday!!!

Location is Fabulous ! Views are incredible . Breakfast was great.

The internal swimming was under maintenance. It was cold , so, using the outside pool was not an alternative.

Clean hotel, very friendly staff, great location.

Valet could be a bit more efficient. Took 15-20 minutes for our car to arrive at certain times which caused us to be late. Would recommend calling ahead of time.

Nice hotel on the Camboriu beach. Very nice breakfast. Staff was also super friendly.Centrally located not far from the shopping street and many restaurants.Camboriu is quite a walkable city.
