Parking, they said that I can not use the parking lot because my car is a Toyota Rav 4, that want me to park 3 blocks from hotel in a private parking lot

Very clean hotel! Lovely amenities. Pool table, table tennis, swimming pool, and the gym were great add ons, especially considering the price.Also had a lovely receptionist called Anna, who spoke English and couldn't have made my stay any easier. Had a slight problem with some outside street noise outside of my room, and within minutes Anna had organised a lovely replacement room for me. Her work ethic is incredible and her demeanor was even better; didn't see her once without a smile on her face. She is a credit to the hotel!Jacuzzi is a bit outdated, and the room interiors are outdated. Could do with a little modernising

The location was great, and the staff was very nice. The beach is within walking distance, and restaurants and attractions are easily accessible.

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, we found the room in poor condition—dirty, with unchanged bed sheets that had human hairs on them. The mattress was extremely hard, and the hotel’s only solution was to add another topper on top of the existing one, which didn’t make much of a difference.The hotel looks great in photos, but the reality falls far short. The shower was outdated, the pool’s climbing stairs were loose, and the lighting above the bed was uncomfortably bright, making it impractical as a nightlight. Additionally, the wall plugs were awkwardly placed in the middle of the bed, forcing us to leave our phones between the pillows while charging.Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and inconvenient design made our stay far from enjoyable. Would not recommend.

I liked the staff and the social area. Also the breakfast was very good.

Lication is right in the center and close to almost everything

Internet is not working and I had to get down to lobby to do basic work. House keeing kicks the door even if there is a note with “do not disturb”

Excellent welcome at short notice, due to our original Booking.com accommodation not being available to grant us access. This hotel was super helpful late at night when we were considerably anxious.

- The staff are polite but extremely slow and confused/untrained - The room isn't much worse than a hostel's room. It's dirty (sheets/towels), the bed is rock solid, the safe has no batteries (so it doesn't work), the main power socket (next to the bed) is broken and doesn't hold a charger unless you keep holding it, the view is horrendous, the walls are cracked and you can hear *everything* that is said and done next door, don't get me started with the noise that comes from the street (very noisy street, by the way), no iron/ironing board, my brother's room had no headboard, cupboards with no doors, telephone doesn't work (I kid you not) - The restaurant downstairs looks like a hospital canteen and is too expensive for the standards of the hotel- Staff left our car parked outside with the lights on and wasting battery- The external pools were under refurbishment- The lift belongs in the 80s. Once we dropped our luggage in the room, we only used the stairs- Minibar has a sign implying that it's full but it's empty

This place was amazing! Everyone was very friendly (especially Edinei) and it was very clean and organized. The breakfast was perfect and the pool area was also amazing.

The breakfast is exceptional: great variety of food and drinks. The hotel is close to the shopping street and city center. The room is very clean, and the shampoos and soap are of great quality.

The distributions in the hotel are a bit confusing. There are few lifts that go in different directions. The room has space for kitchen stuff, though it's not very needed, the room itself+bathroom could be expanded instead of that mini kitchen.

Nightmare Hotel

Really old Hotel. Rooms are very expensive for the quality. Are very old as well and dirty as well. Polls zone is unkempt. Breakfast is to forget. This hotel is remaining at 1990. Please owner spend your money and modernize your hotel

Cold water for all day. No warning from the hotel.once they didn't change the sheets and we slept with dirty sheets for all day.

I loved everything from the location to the service to the room.

The breakfast needs more variety. It was only different types of cakes and sandwiches to really choose from.
