What Guests Loved
Based on 15 reviews
Pros +
- Breakfast was basically the one thing I really liked. Aside from the front desk people who helped me cancelling the remaining nights (though we went through some miscommunication in the beginning, it all worked out in the end), and I was able to cancel the remainder of the nights due to oncoming typhoon, etc.
- Clean and very luxuriant. Clean swimming pool and decent opening hours. Life guard Lincoln Wu is extremely helpful to guests.
- Clean and big rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are DFS, malls and food outlets nearby.
Cons -
- I find the design of the room I was in awkward and dysfunctional plus I could hear every scrape of the chairs and furniture moving above me… concrete floors or not, I could everything happening from above and didn’t sleep through the night so that was unexpected and disappointing as I woke up tired and unhappy :(((
- Location abit far from city, have to didi.
- Balcony wasn’t as clean as I would expect it to be (glass shields are super dusty, I couldn’t see through).

Very good breakfast. Lots of choices and a good cup of coffee.
I was totally satisfied with SPA staff and their professionalism.
Balcony wasn’t as clean as I would expect it to be (glass shields are super dusty, I couldn’t see through).
Close to outlets and excellent restaurants. Hotel facilities very good and rooms modern and clean.
Breakfast could have been better. Very limited English options but good bread!
