The breakfast was good. It has a balcony so that is good. The room is excellent and the bathroom

Great swimming pool and so close to the beach. Staff were fantastic.

It’s was huge. You have everything what you need for a hotel holiday. The staff were friendly and willing to support you.

Many of the facilities were closed. Especially the jacuzzi at the swimming pool were a big disappointment for us that they were not open.

I enjoyed the leisure walk/jog around the back garden adjacent to the seaside

Fantastic breakfasts, very comfortable beds, and coffee capsules with two different roasts complement the comfort provided by the hotel.

The staff speaks English very poorly. Having one receptionist who is fluent in English is not enough. We had an issue with paying by credit card and had to wait for a specific receptionist to resolve the problem. It may be a minor detail, but it's always worth improving. However, everyone was very friendly and smiling.

our hotel room aircon had a musty smell and we had our 1 year old daughter who had to sleep in that the first night. it was my daughters first bday and the hotel offered to prepare a cake for her which I asked them to deliver before lunch. they ended up telling me on the day that the cake would be ready at 7pm, my daughter had no birthday cake, and it was too late for me to order one.

Understaffed bar. Restaurants closed. The airco in the room smelled fongus heavily.

The breakfast was okay, though simple things like fresh juice or water isn't provided. Relaxing outdoor area is nice. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The gym is not well equipped and it was super hot in there. Many parts of the hotel are empty, like previous shops or tea bars. It was noisy. Gardening and maintenance noises that could have been planned better. The lobby bar is poor, food and drinks are definitely not what you expect from a hotel like Hilton. There is not much/nothing around the hotel as well. Simple things like bug repellent wasn't available but definitely needed it in the lobby bar.

Excellent rooms and staff. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The two pools and proximity near the beach.

Not good for immersion into Haikou; great for locals wanting a resort experience.

The pool is awesome, very spacious, and has lots of fantastic features.
