location was good, staff are friendly.

need more sound proofing and overall refreshment of the hotel as stains are noticeable.

location was superb. Only short distance to popular places to eat and coffeeshops. Nearby has convenient store, gas station. Staff were friendly too.

parking is tight and the building itself need refreshment. You can find stains on the carpets, walls, bed sheets. Also need better sound proofing as neighbor or the alleyway sound is very noticeable from inside the room. If you parked your car in the building, the system isn't efficient as you need clearance every time you parked although you're staying for couple of days.

Staffs were not nice (front office), Parking access was challenging (narrow), Room was not soundproof

The toilet dirty and when i have breakfast the staff just stand there for nothing, no even care about make the table set .

The bathroom was smelly, the shower didn’t work properly, the bedsheet had some stains, and the most disappointed was the breakfast, the menu, variation, the taste was so poor. The 3 star hotels are better than this.

Breakfast was not good for a four-star hotel.

We got what we needed. A comfy bed for two nights, swimming for the kids, and a great location-a few steps away from QueenCity Mall.

The room was not that cold. We were feeling a little bit hot. The pillow cases was not white enough for me.

Feel not clean, stain at sofa, require to request iron board but the iron board arrive with stains.

I hope manager can double check about room make sure that bed sheet is new , and wash before next guest stay in the hotel thanks. This is my first bad experience in this hotel . I hope can improve about cleaning up the bedsheet thanks

located in a strategic area

the bed sheets are dirty, the carpet is dusty and the wall is too thin as I can hear the voice from people next door clearly

the pool and playground is ok

the hotel is not kept in good condition, many ants and cockroaches were found in the room. the towels have been used up for many years as can be seen from the poor condition. the bedsheets have many unforeseen stains

For the first arrival, confused where the hotel lift. Because in the one building have two functions, hotel and apartment. Better to give clearly signed of the hotel part.

room is super dirty, a lot of stain on the bed sheets (so disgusting), sofa, and we even found hair too on the sofa and floor as if the room was not cleaned and they did not change the bed sheets. before booked i called the staff and they said this hotel followed CHSE protocol but looking at the fact i doubt they do. staff also helpless about the cleanliness issue in the room, i cancelled the stay and the fee could not be refunded and no compensation given at all. very very bad experience esp if you bring lil kids, better off to another place!!

The room facilities is considered good and have enough lighting.

I found small ? inside my room just after I enter my room.It was a really bad impression when I saw it inside hotel room.

Excellent location. The hotel is very close to the Old Town, other tourist attractions, local foods. Swimming pool is great.

Staffs hospitality, not friendly and as if we ask for their mercy to get a service.Not enough amenities i.e.: soap, shower gel, toilet paper. We have to request it as if we didn't pay for it.
