I recommend booking larger room with a full size couch for extra room to move around. This room felt small.

Location is strategic in the city centerBed and bathroom already old style, towel and bed linen color grayish/ yellowish, is so filthy...BF menu is very bad, limited food choice and tasteless, all fruit are not fresh
Very friendly staffs. Great choice of buffet breakfast. Nice and clean room. Facilities all great! Love this hotel.
Overall, it was not bad, quite an old hotel but maintained well. My room wasn't that clean though, there was a stain on my bed sheet, tables/surfaces were not wiped down properly.

Good location with a mall nearby and 5-10 min drive to Old Town Semarang
- The entire hotel reeked of cigarettes, even on non-smoking floors. This includes the lobby, the halls, and even my bedroom and bed linen.- Cleanliness is barely passable: old towels with brown spots, dusty table tops. - Key cards failed to work every other day, and had to be reset with the concierge. - Unresponsive staff: No one picked up when I dialled for room service / front desk at 8-9am. Tried for a couple of mornings, then gave up. If you expect any sort of good service this is not it.- Considering the above, the price paid of SGD 85 / night was v poor.
The lobby area is elegant, room is spacious, bed is comfortable, quick check in and check out service too.

The staff were friendly and the hotel is within walking distance of the shopping mall, tourist sites such as Lawang Sewu as well as bars.
Great facilities even though looks old but still well maintained. Swimming pool is nice and clean and separate from restaurant not like most of hotel nowadays, so we feel more comfortable. Nice room and soft pillow, that's the main point we always stay here . Location quite close from everywhere although noisy from traffic but kept silence in the room
Facilities getting old but still well maintained. We stay at 2nd floor that under renovation and quite smell of painting when passing by corridor but inside the room not really affected. Wish to have bath towel replacement, already many times visit but always get old and thin ones.
