KHAS Semarang Hotel

There is a lot to like, personally, cleanliness is right up there for me. As a solo traveler/businessman, It is crucial that I do not fall ill. No one wants that, but having clean hygienic spaces reduces the offchance of falling ill This place is clean.

I have to think hard about this question. After giving this some serious consideration. I have to answer with clarity and honesty. Nothing!

The hospitality of the hotel staff is outstanding besides the strategic location of the site that is within a walking distance from the city center

The meals need improvement in terms of the cooking and listing guests eligible for their free breakfast

The hotel ambience is really warm and welcoming. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is excellence, they served many options of indonesian food. The most important thing is the cleanliness and the smell inside the hotel was really good. ( Jasmine fragrance) made us want to stay there longer!

The room is quite spacious for 3 star hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is only few minutes away from city main atractions.

The bed was too soft and uncomfortable.

Good location. Close to Chinatown, Old town and other tourist destinations. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The fridge in the room is not cold at all. Felt itchy on first night, but ok on the second night. Maybe need to vacuum the beds and blankets. Toilet tissues not topped up.

Everything goes well. Parking car is wider than other hotel in Semarang. We arrived at 4 am and still get space for our car to park. Staffs are helpfull. Location is good, especially for us that love culinary

Poor Lighting, I like My Room Bright Not Gloomy

The room was nice and clean, the staff was extremely kind and ready to answer all our request. Slippers, coffe/tea and toothbrush are always offered There is a nice swimming pool, but we didn’t use it.Our room got decorated for our honeymoon.

Breakfast not great.They offer a “corner terrace” where you can get 10% discount..staff there is a bit slow and they forgot my order ? but they were always extremely nice and tried to make up for it

The location is superb, breakfast is very good with so many choices and tasty.

The hotel staff and management did not reply my email nor my whatsapp messages. They only read my messages and ignore them, impolite.

The staff and location are great.

You can hear the noise from the rooms next door and outside noise since the door and wall are not properly soundproof. Hand towel is not provided.

The bathroom/shower was too small that the rain shower wets the tpilet and the floor

It was the location. Most of the staffs were very nice and helpful but not the restaurant.

The room was dark, not enough lighting in the room. Light only on one side of the bed. The room is a bit smaller than I expected. Also the shower - just not enough covering so water spilled everywhere. I prefer dry bathroom. Also they wanted to charge me Rp10000,- for borrowing a plate and a set of a silverware. ( It shocked me )

Everything as expected, as we stayed here before. The greets and the smiles is always. Diva ( the front office lady ) even gave us fully recommendation on the ` must try ` local dish, we sure glad she did.As for the room, everything works and it was comfy enough for us.

The tear and wear become more visible ( dent / peeling in room / bathroom corner ), nothing major for now. IMHO definitely need extra maintenance or simple renovation.

Everything was great - we had only overnight stay, but it was the most comfortable bed which I had in Indonesia.

Asked to move room due to noise from next door activity at dawn - the staff make sure the room is comfortable

Love the location, which is not in the busy area. It’s easy to get meals for dinner; there are some restaurants and street food stalls near the hotel. A convenient store is also very close to the hotel. We like the breakfast as well. It offers various options with very good taste. Also, the parking area is large, thus making us convenient when getting in/off the car.

The dim light in the room is good for sleeping, but not convenient for working.

The location is very strategic, within walking distance close to old town, the great mosque, malls and china town. The staffs are very responsif to the guest's requests, so helpful too.

Seems AC needs to be upgraded since Semarang is hot and humid during the day. But it is ok at night time.
