Louis Kienne Hotel Simpang Lima

Staff, location and sky bar

clean, large room, nice city view, good hospitality

the lobby is not strategic

Location at city center, you can walk nearby food / attraction. The hotel provide hairdryer also, thanks

Please upgrade wifi in B1 area (sitting area near lift). it would be good to upgrade the menu & sitting area in restaurant. i never ate breakfast at restaurant during my stay, too packed & not interest with the menu.

It was good stayed for a weekend, the property is clean and the staff is also lovely and nice. I would like to stay agai

Probably the best hotel in Semarang - excellent location, central to all the action; and simply the best view in the city. Infinity Roof Swimming pool was the highlight of our trip. We swam, ran on the treadmill while looking at the city chilled, and later took in the view with a beer or several.

The breakfast was quite basic and local, which was a surprise, considering the hotel was so good other than this. Small restaurant too.

The room is awesome, clean with nice views to the city. Strong wifi, swimming pool everything is good.

The breakfast was cold ... the kitchen staff was slow to refill the fruit basket, the food. It takes some effort to reach n exit the dining room.

Great location at Simpang Lima

1. The parking access is to narrow2. It's surprising me that the restaurant so small3. Please improve cleanliness of room

Window views to central park and city from high floors level ( above 15)Interior design, and strategic location

The room size is too small and wall is not properly sound proof with next door. Need to pay deposit extra for the 2nd room card access

comfortable bed

Breakfast restaurant too small for it hotel

Location is very good

Bathroom to small and extra bed not available

1. Shower had no fan so very humid with door closed.2. Restaurant had no available food. They said they ran out. This was an ala carte restaurant so there should have been no excuse.3. The only way to get to our room on the 22nd story was to go to B1 then up. No elevator to B1 so had to carry our own bags down the stairs and my wife in 6 months pregnant4. Had to deposit Rp 100,000 for extra door card

that's it but not live up to 4 star hotel

Only 100m from main atraction area, simpang lima. The view from my room was beautiful.

Lift for hotel was at downstair. The linen, face towel need to be replaced. Found some insect in the room.

the location was great, as its close to simpang lima which is the great place for tourist to spend their day. room was also spacious for a family with 1 kids.

the parking lot was very narrow, making it hard to navigate the car.

The tv reception was poor. Everything else worked fine. Breakfast was very average.

The parking area is very narrow. Hard to navigate.

I didn't stay there. I was paying for an associate to stay there, who was more than happy with the stay and service.I had contact with the staff, who, despite the language barrier, did their level best to help.

Better English speaking staff

Room bot smelt good (smooky) , parking access very dangerous for scrats car body

Perfect location, fair price, nice rooftop pool, clean room

The gym is not so clean yet too simple. Only has treadmill+static cycle+fee pairs of dumbbell with chair. Make sure you’re a good driver, the parking lot is so narrow

Room is large

Bed is so comfy..

Pleasant but nothing stood out.

There are better locations in the city near the old town.
