Ibis Budget Semarang Tendean

Staff, cleanses, location & price.

Nothing special.

The price.

The bed..and the room. Super smallAnd the bed, and the overall hygiene. There is dust everywhere.

The location is great, it is near the city. The food is nice.

Rest room is to close with bed

Location, staff were great.

Constant stench from sink next to bed and shower screen gap.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful.

The sink is located next to the bed, with plumbing has some stench that lasted throughout our stay.

Room aircon not so good because old already. Location wise because near to Paragon Mall. Breakfast not serving fried egg or Omellete not complete. I like only the location, near to many malls and other destinations.

The room, not supply the slippers and toiletries.

Do notice that it is a budget hotel. It provides basic need for your stay, such as comfy bed, well run bathroom n toilet, as well as supply of drinking water. However, its cleanliness should be improved. The lobby glass door was dirty, the towel were worn out.The bed was comfy n the bedsheet was clean though. The check in/out process was also smooth. This hotel is enough for short stay / transit.

The staff are helpful and friendly

The parking is limited although they provide valet

The location was nice and comfortable, with easy walkability but not on a busy road. We walked to Lawang Sewu on car free day morning and it only took 15 minutes. Staff really did their best to provide our sudden request (extra bed) with moving us to rooms with 3 beds. It is very well appreciated.

The aisle of the hotel room had a faint scent of smoke, but it just a minor inconveniences for us.

Good location

The room was not clean, it looked like there was mould in some places. Very musty smell.

Free car park ( free of charge )Easy to access

Need to ask for free wifi. The receptionist didn't give it automatically when we were check in.Does not have a large space of the car parks. Less than 7 cars in the basement, severals in the front

Friendly staff

Dirty bathroom, malfunctioned main phone.

Clean sheetefficient service

Lamp not working well

enough

no car park, the bed is ridiculously small, the room was extremely small, the ac takes forever to cool downthis shouldnt be called Ibis. even though it is Ibis budget. they should tell at the beginning that this is it. i had to pick this hotel as no more hotels in semarang on that day I stay

as it's name "budget" then you can't expect wow things from the hotel, it's just a place to crash in for the night and continue the journey tomorrow, the staffs were good and helpful and also the room was clean and comfy

none so far, it's a cheap budget hotel for a night only, couldn't ask for more

It’s location near the train station and theParagon shopping centre.

It was old, dirty and in need of maintenance. It needs refurbishing. On arrival, my A/C in my room was not working. At 1 pm asked for it to be checked. Again, at 4pm Iattended at Reception to ask for the AC to be fixed. The maintenance man then came- it was a 2 minute job. Why did I have to wait for 3 hours in a hot room waiting for AC?

location and staff's hospitality.

degrading quality of hotel's facility. probably impact of pandemic in the last 2 years that prevent people to travel.

near Paragon Mall

room looks old and dark

very small bathroom and toilet waste of money

no like very old room

Budget priceGood location

Room was not well maintained/worn outNoisy, can hear next room talking
