The staffs are polite and they provide mineral water dispenser on the corridor. The room staff is friendly and polite too. Room doesn't have weird smell. The breakfast is not bad, taste is acceptable and the guava juice is delicious.
The bed sheet has so many dark stain. The wall also has some kind of skid mark, or black stains. The condition of the room is not great, the door frame has scratches and damages, some of the ceiling is damaged too. The shower doesn't have door, so water is sprayed all over the bathroom. The AC unit is not centralized, they use split AC unit and it's very slow to cool down the room. I ordered extra bed, and they gave me an extra bed with ripped and scratched frame. Breakfast coffee is really bad, but they have paid coffee, so I ordered it, and it taste bad.
The location is a little far from the city center but it's ok cause it's convenient for those who are looking for a quiet atmosphere. Then the room is quite spacious and clean, and there is a fridge and that's quite useful for us, then the choice of breakfast menu is quite a lot and the taste of the dish is good. So, our experience for staying at this hotel was good ?

I like the hotel location. There are cafe and supermarket.
Dirty glasses, it seems that housekeeping person when cleaning the room did not wash the glasses, maybe just wiped them with a tissue or something. so that when I fill the hot water it turns brown like it was used to drink coffee
