Excellent strategic location, wide variety of eateries and convenience shops within walking distance. Indomaret is right opposite the hotel.Hotel also provides water dispensers outside the hotel rooms, making it very convenient for guests to get drinking water. Electric kettles are also provided in the rooms.Staff are friendly and helpful.

The interior of the rooms are showing signs of age and wear e.g. cracks, dirt on walls, dirty grouting in toilet, stains on toilet seat.Toilet is small.Room lighting is dim.Room is big but the isn't enough stands to place our luggages / bags.

The hotel is fine, quite central location. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is extensive, enough choices and the local pastries were very nice. We liked the fact that there's a swimming pool.

The hotel looks and feels a bit like it could use a renovation. For example the bathrooms and the balconies.

It was all good except the fact that Quest hotel is right next to a high school and the noise and yelling for call to prayer and the jingles! Plus, there was no pool hours as many guest with their kids would be playing in the pool starting at 6 o'ckock in the morning. No way to sleep with that noise. If you like to sleep late like me, avoid this hotel, but if you an early riser, then you would be fine. The staff is very pleasant and the bed was nice and firm.

Location, arrival, friendly staff, good housekeeping and secure overnight parking were all good. Restaurant outlet open from early to late and serves beer in the evenings. Breakfast consists of a Nusantara (local) food buffet, it looked good but we didn't have time to try it. The aircon in the room was new and worked well. The mattress was firm and supportive, and all surfaces in the room and ensuite bathroom had been thoroughly cleaned.

Bedsheets and towels were quite old, and slightly smelly as if not much detergent used to wash them. The swimming pool deck looked nice but swimming pool was small and quite busy.

the location is very close to Chinatown, about 20-30 minute walk to old town

The location is good within walking distance of the Alun Alun with many options for dining & the buffet breakfast excellent. The staff are friendly & accommodating with always a smile & willing to assist.

The hotel is in need of some maintenance & showing its age. Cleanliness in the stairwells is lacking & the hallways are very hot.

The room is clean. The idea of less water bottles is good. The location is very strategic.

The staff were not friendly when I checked in. We requested a room with a pool view but didn't get what we requested. We asked for laundry but none came to pick up the laundry. The AC took time to work and not enough power plug to charge our phone. Food is average and too sweet for me.

The location was perfect nearby local food resto. The staff were friendly and helpfull and fullfill about my expectation for my room.

It would be nice if they give a door or curtain for the shower box, also the shower isn't strong enough.

Has ‘simpang lima’ as a title but the fact is the hotel located quite far from simpang lima. We got rooms located on 2nd floor but the room aisle looks like a hospital. The room is clean enough but the green paint make it less luxurious for 3 stars hotel.

Rooms & beds were typical business class, nice pool.

The hotel is a ghost town- hardly any guests; we saw only 5 people on a random weds. Rooms & halls are left un-airconditioned when guest not in room , leading to moisture damage to ceilings etc and slow to cool down. Restaurant was ‘out’ of all salads, all pastas, most chicken, & all beef dishes. Which they told us about 10 mins after we ordered & then had to reorder. Basically they only had Indonesian dishes even though a huge menu. My kids ordered meat pizza- it took forever, had a weird sweet mystery red bbq sauce, chicken hot dog chunks, hard crispy meat bits and a few shreds of cheese on a dense crust- deemed wholly inedible by my non-fussy teens. Meal was very slow; we were only guests in restaurant yet had A hard time getting service for more drinks or the bill. Neighborhood was sketchy which is why we chose to eat at hotel. Pool was nice but lights off & bar shuttered w no staff at 7p even though open till 11a. FYI the night & morning call to prayers were particularly loud & lengthy compared to other places.

The location not too far from the temple. The room condition is comfortable

Located in strategic area, easy to get food and tourist destination such as Kota Tua and also Train Station.

What I especially appreciate is the friendliness of the staff. If I could highlight a few people who do their job extremely well, it would be Devita at reception, super friendly, always helpful and patient with a big smile,Dimas, a multi-talent at the bar, who creates delicious, own drinks, speaks excellent English and provides excellent service andRoy, marketing manager, who makes the stay in the hotel very pleasant through his hospitality and enthusiasm.

Sometimes the door of the room doesn’t open so easily

Very good location in center of town. Close to chinatown where there are great food.

I was staying at a double room with 2 pax occupancy with my husband and only got 2 pillows! Sad.

Our stay at Quest Hotel was pleasant, the room is spacious enough, service was good, friendly and helpful staff. Our room has got a pool view and a balcony. Water is refillable from the aqua dispenser, so less plastics; thumbs up. The hotel is in good location, walking distance to a big shopping mall, to the famous Toko Oen, and many other shops.

The one thing that can be a concern by some people, it can be a bit noisy from other guests chatting, laughing in the hallway or noises from outside the building. I personally don't get affected by these noises.

The hot water isn’t hot, just warm so I pick my battle when I am showering!
