Actualy I was a little hesitant about booking at this hotel again,I have booked twice in 2021, 2022 and found the room was not clean, But because I needed a large room for my family I was forced to try again hoping that the hotel will be improved It turns out even more disappointing, Room furniture too old n dusty, not well maintain at allSmelly bathroom, sink clogged even room telephone didn't work, we called the staff, the response was very slow we even have to come to receptionist since no staff coming after requestedIit really doesn't have 5 star value,Ffrom cleanliness, staff the nor the stabdard quality of services.

Honestly, i stay in PO every time im semarang on business, but this year was a disaster. Everything was disappointing, the staff, the rooms the service. We had to cut our stay and change hotels.

The service had gone down majorly, we had 3 rooms booked and all 3 were dirty and service was horrendous!!

Location is great, at the central. Pool is okay.Club lounge is okay.I like the lemongrass air freshner at the common area.

The hotel needs maintenance and refreshment in many areas.Carpets and wallpapers were smelly and stained. Bed sheet had holes (torn). I found remaining trash in the bathroom from the previous guest. I didnt complain, just cleaned it by myself.Room is dark and smelly, for some reason it is their standard to close the curtain before the guest come in, which avoid sunlight to get in. So when guests came in, it felt murky and depressing.

ticket free parking for guest hotel is verry annoying..we must ask to staff hotel to give free parking..i supposed to be just input the number for quest car...i should rate 5 star because of this..i just rate 4 star

i found smell towel (4 towel!!) when wetthe carpet looks like not clear enough (dust & rather smeel)

They don't maintain the equment in the room, the refrigerator doesn't work, in fact, it is warm inside the fridge and the knop to set the coller/temperature is damage.The air conditioning doesn't work properly. I set the temperature to the lowest and set the fan speed to highest but still pretty warm in my room.The worst is when I checked out and asked to have a printed invoice for my office and the Receptionist said I can't get it, because I booked tnrough Booking.con, I should use the one from Booking.com. in which I never get such issue in many other hotels that I also booked from Booking.com. I left the Receptionist without the invoice.Later on, my colleague, who I booked his room together with me through Booking,com, checked out, and he asked for the invoice, the Receptionist gave it without any comment. Just a few minutes different the service is completely different.I feel that I was treated differentlt, because I am a local Indonesian, while my colleague is the western guy from Netherlands. This is totally unacceptable and very unppropriate acts of the Receptionist, which make me to decide for not to go this hotel again.. forever.. because of such ridicoulus and unacceptble treatment. Shame on you local Receptionist!!!!!

Quick check-in and check out. Nice hotel ambience. Good location in the central of the city with a big mall located just next door. Clean bedroom with comfy bed.

The parking lot is located at 7th floor where it's a bit uncomfortable to get there by yourself. Fortunately, vallet parking is available so we don't need to drive all the way to the parking lot,

The carpet not clean, the towel broken, the toilet was dirty and smelt not good, and the lift indicator light its off.

Shower water was not enough hot. Colour of water is brown . I guess it is old pipe system. Better have a filter to clearn water

On one side it feels hard to say but for me Po hotel is done. I was there before COVID 2019 every year two times for business. and alway had a good time. not this time! i was already surprised cause of the low price of the suite but now I know why. Everything is old, broken, stained or not working from the bedlinnen to WiFi to the phone on the bed stand to al the stains on the vloer (that one raisins eyebrows ). The breakfast is poor and no healthy things are available. I booked two nights but a leaves already after one night. They need a compleet restoration from top to bottom to fix this. Po Hotel fix this! and be the great 5 star hotel you ones where.

The room needs to be a deep cleaning as both our kids had an allergic when playing in the room (We didn't report or complain to the hotel about this issue, we only asked Housekeeping to vacuum our carpet)

The room was dirty and in poor condition. My first room on the 8th floor had 4 dead cockroaches in it. I then got moved to the 11 floor. Showers were slimy and fittings were corroded, sheets had stains and smelt, walls were in poor condition, windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them. The general condition rough and dirty. Not impressed and I don't see how it's got a 5 star rating.

I stayed in this hotel back in 2013, when it was still Crown Plaza, and I had a great stay. Obviously, there has been a shift in management/operator, and unfortunately the current operator cannot hold up the standard as hotel condition is in a bad state; towel is stiff and frays on the edges, shower does not have enough pressure, and the drain seemed stuck so our room smells really bad. A lot of dowlights in the room are out of order and we had to request to move room as the first room we were given was very dark and spooky. It’s not worth the price, given the room rate is about IDR 1million/night.It’s such a shame that this hotel is no longer as luxury as before and I hope the management take action as soon as possible before this property turn into disrepair.
