premium location close to simpang lima and across tentrem mall, spacious room, wide double bed, carpet on corridor acts as sound proof, the room is quite silent/ noise tight from outside, connecting room available for family option

quite old building and not so well maintained, small bathroom, very standard breakfast and small restaurant area, valet parking due to limited parking space

The toilet does not work properly.The TV console is missing and TV does not work well.The chair needs to be replaced.Moulds in bathroom at soap dispenser and below toilet

1. The hotel is just in the middle of the city and easy to get food, groceries just by walk2. The hotel staffs are kind and helpful

facilities in the hotel room are quite old, need improvement and refreshment

Location is prime, walking distance to Central Park !linen , pillows and mattress are very comfortable . Room decor is bit outdated but functional

Upon sleeping We smelled sweat coming from one of the pillow and comforter. When complained management changed it right away without hesitation.

Room aircon not cold.Water poodle in smelly toilet.Towels not so white. Look like old towels.Fridge not working.Flooring not cleaned enough.No photo taken as not expected to give reviews. Next trip will try the new Ibis Style Hotel located in Simpang Lima itself.

Old & need more maintenance. Bathroom wall have lot's of mould, water from shower head was spreading wild.Chair was broken. Room flooring has crack in some places

We have repeatedly stayed at this hotel since it started operating.Strategic location.The room at upper floor with view towards gajah mada street is the best for us.Fasilities in bathroom, bedroom were function well eventhough the hotel has been operating since 2009 (?)

in the middle of everything, close to large square where during the day not much is going on but all change when night falls. Hotel is great and breakfast is limited in offers and it does not reflect the general feel of the hotel. They offer massages and spa treatments when interested.

Good Location, but need improvement on linen and soundproof.

I stayed in a room at 12th floor close to emergency exit. There was buzzy sound from AirCond. Very noisy, so I can’t sleep well. The bed linen doesn't smell good. the sound from the next room is also a bit disturbing.

The location is nice lots off food around. unfortunately the room and bathroom not so clean and no drinking water in the room.

Disappointing

It was incredibly dated and old in the room. a hair dryer from the 50’s was hilariously strange. I think Ibis could do a lot better. old towels, old bathroom fittings.. this is a worn out and tired hotel. the staff could smile more or possibly they just don’t like outsiders..

Location and view.Very friendly, polite, professional, and helpful staffs.

Shower tiles yellowish full of mould.Towels need to be replaced. Room booked for 2 persons but facilities like toiletries provided for one person only.

I was here again in the Ibis Hotel after 2019. I was not happy at all. The shower head was only dropping water from one corner. We always waited 5 minutes for the elevator and had to stop on every floor going up and down. After three days I canceled and went to a other Hotel in the City, it took me 4 visits and 10 days of waiting for my refund.
