Pros +
- Strategic location, well-known property management
- Breakfast was good, I stayed for 2 nights and there was different set of menu each day. Swimming pool was fine as there was a decent pool for kids although there's room for improvement for example, adding the slides for kids. Some additional greenery around the pool would also be nice,as it can be really hot during the day.
- Location. In the central city, not in the main street. It’s quiet, trees n birds are everywhere. Reminds me of my childhood. Perfect place to stay for exploring the city.
Cons -
- Bad maintenance, questionable cleanliness
- The breakfast food can be improved, pastry little bit soggy, please put under heat lamp so its tay crispy.
- Requested for a non smoking room but was given smoking room ☹️

Very comfortable, clean. Even the location is fair, walking distance to pagi sore. Quite a long walk to braga centre.

Good clean
Requested for a non smoking room but was given smoking room ☹️
Breakfast just OK.
More towels needed. Safe deposit box didn't seem to be working. Water not flowing properly out of the shower base. Towel rail broken, not fixed while we were there.
Location was good for us and our plans
Known hotel for 6 years and attended various functions, but not stayed there before. The hotel rooms are now looking tired and need some attention if they are to going to particularly attract international visitors in the future.
The staff is very helpful. They will help you as soon as possible and explain what you need clearly. The location is not that far from the some tourist hotspot.
The shower is fall suddenly and I almost get hit, but the staff immediately repair it. The staff really helpful. If only you can change or deep clean the carpet in the hallway (in front of the room) it would be better.
location, room space, price
got smoking room left, no window. lights need more too in the room if need to work
location and biusness room space was big
everything looking old and not maintained even we found cockroach inside the room
1. Strategic place2. The food from breakfast buffet and the room service were both really good
1. The staff were not friendly, I arrived and stopped in front of the lobby to get my belongings out from the car. The staff angrily asked us to hurry and move the car2. The room was LEAKING, in the evening it was raining pretty hard and the room was leaking. I complained immediately and got a new room.3. The AC was LEAKING, after I got a new room turns out the AC was leaking too. Ended up with the carpet in the room to be completely wet.4. The safe box was not working, since I brought some laptops and iPads I was hoping to use the safe box to leave my electronics safely. It wasn’t working, couldn’t even got the safe box open even after I called some staff to help me.
A variety of breakfast menu
It was terribly hard to find a parking lot. Alas it was torrential rain at that time. You had to search an empty space along the Jalan Jawa to park your car. No one staff was available to assist.
