Hotel Mercure Bandung City Centre

Great staff great location.

I liked everything but it could be a touch more quiet. Having said that it a great place to stay with everything more expensive hotels have but they have kept costs below average and kept superior quantity. Staff is truly one of a kind, menu and food was incredible and large menu options. Pool is unbelievable rooftop infinity pool with restaurant and bar beside the pool.

I really liked staying at this hotel. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Lengkong Kecil. The room was clean and comfortable, and I got a really nice view from my window. The staff were all friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, even got a welcome drink. There’s also a kids’ pool with a great view, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon.

The parking area is quite limited. The elevator was also a bit unpredictable, sometimes it came quickly, but other times it took forever. Other than that, the place was fine.

Nice staff

1- they allocated me in a smoking ? level where every single bit smells very bad. They asked me to see the room before i check in but when i did not like it, they told me that they are fully booked so i did not know what the point was! It was executive room. There was no bathrobe. 2- very old carpets at the lobby, lifts, and hallways. They smell very bad. 3- i will definitely not come back here.

Breakfast was good and not bad

the room cleanliness is not desire.There some stain in one of the tower and bed sheet. Lobby is dark and stuffy.

The staff were warm and friendly and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The view from the roof was unforgettable and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay there again.

I really like how the staff paid attention to my special request and help me celebrate a very close occasion to me, they were really amazing and even upgraded me without asking, I always come to the hotel whenever I'm in Bandung

nothing honeslty, everything was pleasant and I was genuinely happy with my stay

I normally have some faith that a Mercure will be a reasonable standard, however this one is not, no air conditioning in the hotel lobby or halls or elevator, you are sweating by the time you get to your room, we booked here for the rooftop pool, they had a private function on and we had five kids with us, we could use the pool but not the recliners etc, and everyone was smoking and the whole experience was revolting. There were non smoking signs on the tables around the pool and the staff refused to enforce the rules. The shower goes from cold to hot without warning. Rooms are rundown and need a refurb.Asked them to fix the AC, nothing happened.No hand towels soap or toilet paper, even the tv didn’t work,.staff seem unable to change anything. Will never use Mercure again.

Location and House keeping staff are really amazing and supportive.

The front desk guy is extremely rude. Whole property stinks as it’s old. Room carpet are very old so whole room stinks badly.

The service that they gave us which we asked to change the room due to one the 1st night we unable to sleep well due to the AC was not service I assume. They given us with a better clean and comfortable room. Kudos!

Breakfast selection was great! Pool was nice although the gym was small.

The room toilets were infested with baby cockroaches. Bed sheets and duvet cover were not clean. There are stains everywhere. The restaurant cutleries were dirty and not clean.

everything was super duper good. breakfast is not included in our booking. so we don't know how good the breakfast is. The hotel's location is good, with a lot of local food nearby.

I Like the Cleanness of the Hotel, The Location..

Please Prepare Coffee for the Guest, and Also Mineral Water.. Don't Let the guest Pay for just mineral Water.. As I Know Hotel used to prepare Free Mineral Water.

Bed cover is dirty. Looks not change from last client. No hand towel or soap in washing room. Lighting control is not reasonable. Door cannot be locked.

There were big Family group members ..elder and kids hanging around my floor lift lobby..playing and running..creating a lot of noise..They are not staying inside their room..This could advise the hotel to take note of..

Service by all the staff was excellent. Room was spacious, with sufficient amenities. Breakfast buffet did not disappoint, plenty of options. Location is great if you intend to explore Bandung's city, and availability of taxis and Grab/Gojek is plenty.

Only complaint is regarding the lift maintenance, only one lift was operational during the stay, however the staff were gracious to allow the use of the service elevator when the queue for the only operational lift was too long.
