Location excellent, close to station and shopping mall.

Breakfast good but more choice would be nice.

Room too small even for the most biggest room that they have.. lobby near elevator was dark some light was turned off for saving i think. I didn't get info that bfast on weekdays are rice box and send to the room.

So-so stay.

I can't get extra towels. Breakfast is not only lack of variation, it is also impossible to bring kids and expect to have something to eat for them, because (by the time of my stay) they give you bento box for two, and not providing food in the restaurant.

Food was good

This is actually a nice hotel but poorly maintained. The sheets were stained, pillowcase was torn and stained, toilet not clean, there were dirty corners in the bathroom, and the towels are so shabby, dirty and ripped it was improper for any hotel to give such towels to guests. The hotel area were so dirty and poorly maintained. I think the management need to take this seriously.

the location is very strategic, very close to everything iconic in Bandung, so it’s easier for me to travel

the price for me is a bit too expensive, the hotel room is quite small

Disappointing

I've told the receptionist that booking.com already charged my card since he still insisted I pay on the property. Kinda rude and not so kind. The hotel receptionist needs to be trained properly about the online booking system. If the receipt said "paid" it means paid. No need to charge the customer again.

The staffs and securities are so helpful. There was no hassle in the check in process despite my late check in on Friday night. They also follow the health protocol towards covid-19, such as a sink for us to wash our hands before entering the lobby, hand sanitizer in every corner of the hotel area, and a body temperature measurement next to the receptionist. I do feel safe to check in with my wife and my kid.

I found some that I didn't like, such as:1. Breakfast wasn't informed clearly whether they bring it to the room, or we go to the ground floor for the buffet breakfast. The first morning it was brought to our room (we called the receptionist in the morning at 7 AM, and they told us that the breakfast will be brought to the room at 8 AM). I expected the same thing happen for the next morning, but there was no one bringing the breakfast to our room. I called the receptionist 8.15 and we were told that the breakfast is buffet and we need to go downstairs. A bit disappointment because they didn't inform us in advance, and there wasn't much left when we go there (even my wife didn't get the juice).2. There were missing amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste. I didn't complain much about this one because I do understand that they might cut the budget due to this pandemic that affects them in low occupancy3. They offered coffee and tea inside the room, but there was no kettle for us to brew one.4. I found that the housekeeping didn't clean the dust underneath our bedroom. I found it when my kid was playing with his toy and it went underneath our bedroom. The floor beneath our bedroom is full of dust.

The room’s very clean and they offer exceptional hospitality for us, even though it’s midnight. Crazy! Perfect. Would love to stay here everytime i travel to Bandung City. The location is close to almost everywhere and with a few walks, we could reach famous restaurants to eat.
