Parking is really limited. But they have vallet parking to help

Location is great, close to the destinations we want to go.The receptionist and staff are really helpful during the check in.Facilities are really good, indoor swimming pool, fitness center.The rooms have decent size and space, especially to put our luggage.Variety of breakfast is quite a lot and there are different options from day 1 and day 2 we were there.

We noticed the staff during breakfast mostly are young, we assume they are probably interns. They are really friendly. However, we could sense they are sometimes confused, especially on the egg corner. I understand that it was quite busy, so they asked more than twice which type of eggs we want to have. Unfortunately, they still prepared more than what we ordered, i hope the eggs won't go to waste...The other example is a young gentlemen who help to clean the table. We choose the used table with the utensils and plates were still on the table. We asked him to clean, then we started to get food. When we were back at the table, there were quite some crumbles and food pieces still on the table. I decided to clean it using wet wipes I have.In summary, having the young staff for real life training is really good for their career ahead, but I would like to recommend the management to provide supervisions for them. Some guests might be in a hurry and such thing could result in bad impression.

the refrigerator is not able to use and hasn't been repaired. It still contains drinks left by the previous tenant, which is very unhygienic. please address this issue.

Location, I chose because it was closed to even I attended.

Seeing the review score, I didn't have much expectation except the location. But in my surprise- The used towel from earlier guestes was still hanged at bathroom door. - The safety deposit box was not ready, it was locked- The air conditioner was locked, needed to call the staff to learn how to unlock to adjust temperature- A sudden big noise from refrigerator, I thought it was going to be exploded, seriously.They took care all the issues, I needed to call the office 3-4 times within 1.5 hour for each new case. I never complained about hotel as I put expectation base on the guests review, but you do have serious problem.

Spacious and clean room. Staffs are nice.

Refrigerator is noisy with beep sound every 10 minutes. Smart TV cannot receive mirroring.

Nice area for walks. Very friendly helpful staff. The drinking water provided instead of bottled was a brilliant idea.

Swimming pool would have been better if it was solar heated free from the sun.

It's a good hotel with comfy beds. The staff were friendly and the breakfast very much complete. They moved us, unasked, advicing they have a better room on the backside of the hotel and away from the nearby mosque. This proactive staff needs to receive the employee of the month award.

We were asked if smoked, I said "no, we vape and not even inside". Miscommunication I guess. So we were put in a smokers room and the smell of the room is just too much.

Location near good restaurant

I book 9 rooms, 1 of the room without breakfast. Through whatsapp communication I agreed to add the breakfast as I am coming with my families from Malaysia. The hotel give me the confirmation slip.On the day, one of my family (staying in Deluxe Room) was not allowed for breakfast as it was claim that it was not paid part of the room.When I approached the reception, I was told by the lady that, "THE HOTEL MAKE A MISTAKES. EVENTHOUGH IT WAS CONFIRM WITH BREAKFAST WITH THE NEW TOTAL AMOUNT WRITTEN ON THE SLIP.... ACTUALLY HOTEL STAFF WROTE IT WRONGLY... THEREFORE, THERE IS NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED FOR MY FAMILY. IT JUST A MISTAKE"When I ask for refund of Rp 300,000 breakfast for 2 person, the lady said sorry...the hotel made a mistake. There is no breakfast included, and the hotel wont refund me back.Oh my GOD !!! HOTEL MAKE A MISTAKES (IN BLACK AND WHITE WRITTEN).... and my family cannot have the breakfast and no refund.... THAT'S IT !!!!!!!! I HAVE MAKE A RECOMMENDATION TO ALL MY FAMILIES AND FRIEND.... DO NOT GO TO HOTEL MERCURE NEXA SUPRATMAN EVER AGAIN !!

Near a good restaurant

1. 1st night Room 701 after walking few km due to PERSIB, room was warm. Air Cond doest work. The rolling blind in the room fall to the floor. Couldnt sleep whole night because it was hot in the room. Request to change, no room available.2. Morning breakfast omelette, a lot of egg shell in the omelette. Complaint, staff said "sorry".. thats it. No replacement omelette. I was just ignored by the staff. 3. I was so annoyed as I book and paid 9 rooms for 2 nights of Rp17 mil... service was so poorConclusion: I will never come back to Mercure Nexa Supratman.

Hotel facility

The food is not good enough ( vegetables dan meats mostly chicken) , not represent 4 Star mercure Hotel . We are disapponted for Breakfast
