Excellent staff. Very helpful and welcoming.

The public spaces are a little outdated and worn.

Room is spacious and clean. Bed is very comfort.It's located in Dago Bawah area, very convenience to go around the city.Staff was very friendly and helfpul.I was being upgraded during this visit. Thank you!

Good location, staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and bathroom was good, had amenities as needed. We had inroom dining for dinner and food were very nice and tasteful. Breakfast was great, staff friedly. I would recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again

Very Nice, Comfortable Hotel in a great location. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly helpful staff, particularly Gina who kept me supplied with freshly brewed coffee at breakfast :) Breakfast was well stocked and great variety

very good service from the resto team,,,especially for Kang Niwan, Leo, Calvin, souce chef and chef faisal,,,big room yet so clean

Room very decent, clean and nice, staffs are helpfull and friendly, location is in the middle city of Bandung lots of good cafes & Resto.

The elevators!!.. when we were there the hotel was in full occupancy. Only 2 elevators serving the whole building.. we have to wait for quite long just to go down. Not a good experience though

I love the interior and cleanliness of the place. The breakfast is also excellent, has a lot of varieties and good taste. It surely exceed our expectation

The temperature of the room is quite hot during the afternoon. We have put the AC in the minimum temperature, but it is still not cold enough

As usual, excellent staff. I would like to commend Alexander who is simply superb with his service, Elvira for her graceful handling of check in and Gina at the restaurant who took the effort to remember my name...

I like everything about this hotel. The room, the staffs the foods are all excellent !!

The water on the shower is not strong enough maybe this can be fixed for the future time

Huge spread of breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Mr Leo and friends very attentive to customer need. We were offered special custom made breakfast which very delicious. Thanks for making our stay memorable. We definitely will stay here again.

Like the bed in the room is so comfortable, the staffs are all soo friendly and helpful especially mas Fadil at the reception and the technician who helped my daughters room when the electricity went out at midnite.

The water of the shower was not strong enough and the hot water is not hot enough.

The high rating is purely due to the wonder staff we encountered. We would like to thank Leo & Niwan for their service at breakfast and also taking the time for us to try some local drinks. And secondly, Calvin. Thank you so much! You went above and beyond. Thanks for arranging breakfast for us to take with us during our long train ride the next day, even when the front office wanted to charge us an additional 500,000 idr even though we had breakfast included in our room rate.

There's only 2 elevators - too long for queue for the elevators especially when there's wedding party in the hotel.
