Best Western Premier La Grande Hotel

Great location, great value and helpful staffs.

Little bit smell when entering the reception area, good thing no smell in the room. Bed its ok not really comfortable.

location, price and breakfast very good

need some clean of carpets in corridors

The location is very good

The parking space is too narrow so it is hard for us to put the luggage. I think the space is just for 2 cars not 3 cars

Clean, strategic location

The staff in charge of arranging drop and loading vehicles prioritize those who provide tipping, even though it disturbe other customers they didn't care.

Location, spacious rooms.

As this is high season, I think the hotel got overloaded. The lobby cramped during check ins and outs. Parking que takes time. I booked for three days but my keys was mistakenly timed for two, i think because for the high season mistakes happen.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, and security is very well managed. Breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options and drinks. Most importantly, the hotel staff truly made my stay — especially Naila--whose attitude and professionalism were the main reason I extended my booking for an additional night. On the first night, I was assigned a room where the lighting and cleanliness did not fully meet my expectations; however, the team handled this very professionally. They promptly changed my room, upgraded me to a superior category, and provided a room with an exceptional view and a very pleasant atmosphere. Overall cleanliness, bed comfort, and the quick response from maintenance were excellent.

Some areas of the hotel and parts of the furniture would benefit from renovation and modernization

I was very impressed with this hotel. Big shout out to "Naila" who was extremely wonderful at her job, making us feel welcome with her personality and professionalism. Large room and bathroom with comfortable bed. Good breakfast selection. The location of the hotel is easy walk to tourist spots and is directly opposite a mall. Hotel was also able to assist with providing a driver to visit area's around Bandung. Special mention to Yayan Supriatna for his knowledge of the area and showing us around

There is nothing to write about at the hotel I did not like

Locations

The pool is dirty, the hallway is dirty, Breakfast is not organized and test not good, the eggs department very slow work and cooking with dirty oil. Should be cooking eggs with butter.

Arrived at 09.00 am and the nice gentleman who is one of the receptionist offered me an early check in which very rare and helpful due to i had an emergency meeting. The room was spacious, bed was comfy and complete amenities. Location was close to city center, food stalls and most importantly close to work. Breakfast was good.

Not dislike more so as an input, mini fridge was not working might to check on that

Overall, it was a great location near to almost everything you don't need to take taxi for long distance for dinner or lunch it's by down 1st floor KFC or different coffee shop on the other side of the road

Housing is kind of really needed to improve that i was mentioned to the front desk and hope they will consider

Location is great, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast so yummy...

The location and clean

Breakfast need some more continental and Mediterranean food

The staff was excellent but hotel facilities are outdated.

The room, restaurant and whole building should be renewed, while there is so many competitor is more cozy and valuable.

Staff are polite & good

Toilet can be improved. Shower head. Rusty nail exposed.Stopper drop off.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good variety for breakfast.

The bathroom is very slippery when it's wet. The entrance of the hotel is a bit hidden.

Overall good hotel with very nice staff. Did not tried the breakfast but dinner there was good with attentive service.Good free WIFI. Safer box. Good toiletteries.

a softer pillow will be nice

Fridge not function at rom1719

This was our second time to stay in this hotel. This time we got a nice room with a big window view of the famous mountain Tangkuban Perahu. We love the ambience homey and cosy room interior, the room is huge! there are two comfy seats to enjoy the city view, and the air conditioner is good (a little noisy but not disturbing). The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious as well. They provide excellent customer service. When I stayed I got an afternoon meal voucher in the restaurant with interesting choices of snacks and food and beverages. The location is superb, across the shopping mall, cinema, restaurants, supermarket, electronics mall, bookstore, etc.

The slow drain in the sink and we still can hear the noise from the traffic and people despite we're on the 19th floor

The location , nearby mall and supermarket, nice service

breakfast was good, room is ok just that need to clean the carpet a bit better

the room carpet
