Grand Tjokro Premiere Bandung

I do love everything about grand tjokro. It includes the location which have indo maret nearby. Their warm welcome and facilities.

The only i didnt preferred is the odour of the toilet. I think it came from the drainage system.

Super comfy pillows and blackout curtains. Breakfast had a good selection of food

The bathroom was so old. There were stains and grime and rust color everywhere. It was so dark in the bathroom. The room was stuffy and the windows were blocked with paper. It was so odd and ruined our vacation mood. Very disappointed. We complained and was shown another room but it was in similar condition. Unusable. We were forced to pay extra and get the best room but still the bathroom wasn't up to par with the price we paid for. The AC in the bedroom didn't work properly and we sweated all night.

The staffs are the worst part of this hotel. They dont know information, slow response, generally unprofessional in handling guest needs. They delayed cleaning my room until late afternoon. They FORCED me to switch rooms on last minute notice. They dont give clear information at reception. I saw multiple guest walks into the wrong building carrying heavy luggages (the hotel has two buildings.The parking is also a nightmare. Clearly not enough space and they dont have proper pathway from some part of the parking space (You have to walk down through VERY STEEP ramp while the ramp is also used by cars. VERY DANGEROUS)I stayed here for my graduation day and this hotel left a horrible memory for what I hope would be a joyous moment in my life.

the hotel was not clean, from the moment u enter the lobby. its spoil the holiday mood. unpleasant smell along the walk way... the carpet dirty.. the lift no clean.. lighting dull. once i enter the room, got smell . the bes sheet got yellowish marks.. and smelly. the room is not as what they posted in the social media. that was my 1st time ever get that kind of hotel in my life. NOMORE!! i requested new room, they said non available. i request refund also cannot. i just left the hotel. i rather lost few hundreds rather then i spoil my holiday mood.

We did the very late check in in the evening at around 9 pm. At the time we wanted to take shower, there was no shampoo and liquid soap in the bottles. We regretted that the cleaning service staff did not check all the facilities that should be available before the guests entered the hotel room and there was also a little garbage inside the garbage can in the hotel room near the refrigerator

I reserved my rooms without a breakfast.i liked the staff; they were helpfullocation

I give the hotel a rating of three stars.The swimming pool area is not clean

Room services, there is no service until 11.30 pm due to shift change, we arrived in hotel at 10.00 pm and need to order some meals.

Friendly staff

Carpet look so Dirty need steam clean, toilet smell Dirty,, poor light in room looks bit dark even when all lights were on. The bed sheet the had yellow stain , one of the fresh towels smell like vomit. Basically very poor hygiene.Will not go back there again or recommend to any one.. the cupboard doors were broken.

this is the hotel that you bring your kids for. many activities for them without leaving the hotel. breakfast is excelent !!!

i arrives around 3.30 pm (check in from 2 pm), the rooms were still not ready for almost an hour later. the room’s windows are 2/3 covered with stickers, cannot be opened. so not only we couldn’t get fresh air, but also no light coming in.

Fasilitas utk anak2 banyak banget! Itu kenapa memilih hotel ini krn bawa banyak anak2. Breakfast nya jg banyak sekali food selection nya dan really good! The staffs were very helpful!

Kamar mandi nya bau pesing. For the amount i paid i could get a better, nicer and cleaner room in the other hotel. The hotel need to up grade the rooms, the price compare to mercure is more expensive, but mercure has standard for cleanliness and better n more up to date interior

I'm from Malaysia, stayed on 5th June 2024 (1 night) with my family in the room no 655. My wife left her GOLD earrings (belongs to her late grandma/Sentimental value) in the room and we are back in Jakarta to continue our vacation. The HONEST housekeeping staff found the earing and give it to Guest Service.The GS contacted me and transport it to Borobudur Hotel, Jakarta on the same day i've received.I would like to thank all the crew for their HONESTY and DEDICATION on their responsibility.Touched,S.Mogan

The best room service crew.

The kids love the rooftop minizoo although there were too many pigeons! Location is close to all the Cihampelas attractions and malls, and not too far from the northern Lembang area. Staff were all kind and breakfast spread was excellent as usual!

When I first stayed here in 2017, everything looked new but now some of the fixtures (wall panelling, bathtub clogger, etc) are coming apart. Shower water isn't very hot. The carpets are visibly stained too. My room had an odd smoky smell and I had to request to change, but the staff were very helpful.

This is my third times, another room another tower. I couldnt sleep when i had room in North Tower, the plumbing next door was so noisy… 20 hours till I had to check out

Good facilities especially for kids. They loved the swimming pool and feeding the animals.Breakfast was wonderful with good spread of local and international food. Rooms were good size and we got connecting rooms which was great since there are 5 of us.

The porcupine enclosure is very very small for such a big animal. The floor near swimming pool and on the pool slide steps can be very slippery even when only walking.
