Zest Sukajadi Bandung by Swiss-Belhotel International

The family room was big, comfortable bed & pillows. AC working good. All basic necessities provided. Hairdryer & fridge available for this type of room. The hallway to the bedrooms smell nice. Breakfast was quite good although not that much choices but can still make us full. Loved the coffee though. Staffs were very nice and friendly. Near to PVJ but advisable to get a Grab or any car to go up there especially if you don’t like walking along the busy roads. It is raining season in Bandung this month so don’t forget to bring your umbrella or raincoat if you wish to go out for visiting.

We requested for a non smoking room but we can smell ciggarette smoke from the room

Close to PVJ Mall, cafes and restaurants. Price is ok. Hospitality of reception staff is great. Security is very helpful to reach online taxi.

Leakage of bidet in the toilet is uncomfortable.

I was ill and hotel staff helped me to buy medicine from the pharmacy. The hotel is value for money looking at its price. The bed was only queen size bed, but it is comfortable and I was being provided 2 extra pillows due to low peak season.

The food choices for breakfast are limited with mostly local food.

Friendly and helpful staff.

The neverending xmas music that was played everywhere in the hotel. The same medley was looped day and night and the nearest loudspeaker was located right above our door so the music was very audible to the room. Absolutely nerve-wrecking.

Nice breakfast, nice hotel & the staff is very friendly

Located on the one way to Lembang tourist area, near to the Paris Van Java mall. Very affordable with breakfast. Nice rooftop cafe!

Noisy neighborhood, not clean bathroom, no hair dryer (upon request)

The hotel is near the tourist attraction Paris Van Java, a walking distance. The room is small but overall ok. The toilet has many stains. The breakfast was ok but not much choices esp the fruits. The 2nd day is the same menu.

The lighting in the room is gloomy.

The location is strategic, right smack in the middle of Bandung. The family room's ceiling height was high, it makes the room looks bigger.

The breakfast was so and so; nothing to shout about. Some other same star-rated hotels in Bandung serves more sumptuous breakfast than this premise. Hope they improve in the future.They should have a separate bathroom and toilets, since it was a family room. Or perhaps a small sink corner, on its own.

Very friendly and attentive service. Daily cleaning if wanted. Tried to accommodate everything. Room sice was good. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in a hotel. TV, amenities, close to PVJ

Bathroom design is a bit unpractical asit gets very wet if you shower. we had a cockroach in our bathroom, despite cleanliness.Unfortunately, and that's not the hotels fault, the other people (Malay and Indonesians) have been incredibly loud outside, beginning from 5am in the morning. absolute zero manners.

Location is perfect, close to cihampelas and many shopping area near by, such as pvj, paskal food market and many more. Hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Price very reasonable.

We can hear the voice from outside, such as vehicle, I didn’t sleep well, I was staying in the first floor and I can hear motorbike sounds and cars quite loud.

Room is quite spacious, clean, wifi worked very well. Excellent service from all friendly staff. Though hairdryer is not provided in the room, but when I asked for it, the staff sent it right away to my room. Also iron & the iron board when we needed it. Location is great, easy to get online taxi from here, and only few steps away there is minimarket. Breakfast is just okay, anyway we preferred to go out to explore.

Would be perfect to also provide shower cap.

Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff. The hotel is easy to find. 10 mins walk to Paris Van Java, it's a shopping mall with many food establishments. Many roadside food stalls behind the hotel.
