Breakfast was great with variety of dishes. Love the hotel's strategic location at Braga Street where we're filled with tons of fun attractive places for entertainment, goods shopping and delicious street food.

Should have better lobby toilet cleanliness.

Noisy at room. Intermitten noise source at above like sound from Air Handling Unit or water flow discharged from tank?

Its about time to change the iron n iron board. Looks so old and not presentable.

I got was a suite room last min with a good price offer .,Room & furnitute looks dated and in need of a good make over. Locker not working . Plenty of locals / international group tours and families with young children .

The hotel needs to be reinnovated. The towels are torn out and smell bad . The Tv is old and cant have app. The breakfast options are very limited, mostly local food. There was usually water on the lift ground, I duno why ?

Location is very strategic just next to the Braga street and a lot of cafe located surrounding this place. parking space quite ok. Resto of this hotel provide good coffee and helpful waiters. they also provide waiters to prepare turkish coffee with java preangers bean and this is great!

room too small (when I make book only have two option view to braga or asia aftica street), but ok if you just stay there to get sleep and make more activities outside of this hotel. lighting was not really bright enough especially if you want to read something, and check-in process quite long despite not really have full occupancy.

The family room is one of a kind! Location is unrivalled!

I like everything about KIMAYA Braga Bandung By HARRIS. The location was great, the staff was friendly. The facilities top notch. Its a very comfortable place to stay.

The location. Braga street is lively at night. There are many cafes. We like the layout of our family room and it's spacious.

The toilet needs an overhaul / deep cleaning. The furnitures in the room are showing their age.

We were not prepared for the morning prayers from the mosque that was directly behind the hotel. We were woken up at 4+ am in the morning and that kind of disrupted our sleep and we became tired for the rest of the day. Additionally, the walls of the rooms are thin. Can hear conversations from neighbours. Ended up noisy and couldn’t sleep well throughout our stay there.

I love the strategic location and the cleanliness of the hotel. You can walked to a popular street, Braga streetwalk and also can walk to a popular shopping centre, Pasar Baru around 1KM. The smell of hotel lobby was pleasant.

The location in Braga. Yoshinoya restaurant next to lobby. Pharmacy store (Kimia Farma), Starbucks and convenience store (circle k) right next the hotel. In the morning you can find Chicken porridge, Soto Ayam, and Nasi Kuning in front of the hotel. The hotel breakfast also good, they have cereal with fresh milk, tea, coffee, juice, Indonesian food, instant noodle, bread, eggs (omelette,etc), fruits, salad, and Corn cream which i like the most.I booked family room, there are 2 single beds and 1 queen bed; comfortable enough for me, my husband and 2 my children. The first hotel that i knew provide bolster.

Swimming pool too small only for children below 5 years, Small Elevator, they don’t provide mug, glasses, tea spoon (only provide paper cup and wooden ice stick)

It was not clean at all ,especially towels . They are old and worn out. Shower not to the standard

For those who want to choose this hotel to stay while in braga you guys just did very good choices actually..Their facilities,staff and surroundings was superb and worth it .. I really like the smell of this hotel..Good job..

All was good .. except the wifi (sorry ya for this stay it turn to slow for me).. i already mention to technician guy ..maybe because during my stay they just change to new line thats why its on and off connection.. but its fine just maybe can be better next time ya..

Perfect location, very good WiFi, nice breakfast and staff was helpful.

While the taste of breakfast is OK, but I think they need to improve the choice. They should add an authentic food from Bandung, not only general meals. Also, the toilet in my room is leaking but I have report it.

- The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and responsive.- The location is strategic and accessible, it was always easily found by taxi drivers.- The beds are comfortable.- The bathroom is spacious and clean, with good water pressure.- The room is clean, with cozy and sleek ambience. - The breakfast menu offers a great selection.

- Unfortunately, there were a lot of problems with noise: (1) The mini fridge kept making loud noise around every 30 minutes. It took a while to find the source of this noise, but was resolved after turning off the fridge. (2) On my last night of stay, the AC made a very disturbing, screeching sound when I lowered the temperature (from 25° to 23°). This lasted for at least 10 minutes, which I resolved by turning off the AC. (3) The walls dividing the room with other rooms and with the hallway seem to be very thin. I was woken up by the sound of people talking (and basically yelling) at 3AM and 6AM. I could quite clearly hear other guests in the adjacent rooms. I feel that this risks my own privacy as well.- The hotel check-in time on Booking.com is incorrect, as it turns out the the hotel policy for check-in is from 15:00. Luckily an earlier check-in was possible.

Strategic place since it is on Braga Street. Many choices of cafe and warung to try. All the staff are nice and very helpful. One time, the room's door had a problem, we called receptionist, and they fixed it in a few minutes. They even help us find available supir for our trip.

Some parts of the room are not well maintained. The toilet flush and reading lamp are not working well. I should ask for help from the staff but I don't have time for that. Maybe they can fix the problem after this. I hope for a better upgrade to a 4-star hotel.
