Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur

All staff were above and beyond. The front desk staff was helpful. The breakfast server was very sweet and polite. He always checked up our table and make sure everything is good. He is very helpful.

Great excellent breakfast

Bathroom is not well maintained and the room is small for such price in Bandung

Great location with friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and the pool was great for my kids.

We were impressed with the breakfast — so many choices! As for the room and service, there's nothing more to say — just excellent. It's definitely worth staying here for a vacation. Located in the center of Bandung, it's very convenient to go anywhere.

The swimming pool is smaller than expected.

Facilitate and buffet breakfast.

Location was fine but not so many attractions at walking distance.

Room are comfort, staffs are so helpful

The pool too small, but still okayThe game sports like billiard and etc needs improvement

I love it! The room is spacious, esp the terrace where we can have a bit of outdoorsy air…it is good hotel with perfect amenities…they even have iron with the ironing table which is very usefull for us

Warm helpful and friendly staff. Close to my work place. the facilities are also new and look good. Price is good

Food is a bit difficult to eat for people of Chinese origin. Wifi is a bit weak and difficult to access internationally. The air conditioner is a bit difficult to adjust the temperature and look lile can only be turned on or off, it seems that the heating function is not working. The hair dryer is broken and cannot be used.

The facilities were very good, the personnel's service was great as well, all of them very friendly and professional. Rooms very confortable, and breakfast was awesome.

Lunch choices at the restaurant were not too good, we asked for a club sandwich but it was just ok, pizza needs to improve as well.

The breakfast offered was awesome. Eat till u drop. The bed was super comfy.

Swimming pool location. Suitable for kids only. Relatively small.

The room was nice and bigger than expected. But it’s also because we paid more than the usual price?

We were in the premium area but the door is not soundproof. Also I don’t understand why the wall between the bathroom and the room has such a big window so that every time someone goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night and turn on the light in the bathroom, it wakes the other up.

Location is great for my purpose, I drove from Jakarta and attended a wedding without the hassle of entering the busy city, but that's just me I guess. Aircon works well, hot water in the bathroom is nice

Unfortunately the wash basin in the bathroom is rather slow to sink water, just a minor thing, not a big issue

Location was very convenient Great breakfast, cheap with so many choices of menu. The staff were very helpful friendly, especially Daniel and Iqbal. Will recommend this place to others

The door lock of the bathroom did not work properly,we couldn't lock it (Room 688)The hotel management should enforce the non smoking zone more strictly, especially outside the lobby It feels unhealthy due to the bad smell .

Staff are all friendly and always smiling

Kitchen service during breakfast could have been better. Waited more than 15 minutes just for eggs but they messed up my order. Fortunately the manager was very prompt in his service recovery and got my order immediately upon request.

The bed was very comfortable, especially the bed height which was not too high and did not keep my legs dangling when getting out.,

The breakfast spread was very good and many choices to enjoy. But some dishes was not warm enough.

The staff, the ambiance, the comfort, the location, and the service are as great as we expected. Unfortunately, we order a room for two including breakfast but the breakfast is only for one person..?!

The regular room is ok nothing special. Unfortunately, their driver's room is very disappointing it is so small, the bathroom is outside and joining everyone, they have open holes in the bedroom which make it have so many mosquitos coming in, and very unclean. The price is 200++ similar to other hotels outside but the quality is very disappointing.

Clean, big, spacious family room. Fully equipped with room facilities. Buffet spread was scrumptious ? Rean and Sabila were very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs in the restaurant.
