An absolutely exceptional stay from start to finish. The room was outstanding—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with premium features that made it feel truly luxurious. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the comfort of the bed to the stunning ambiance that made relaxing effortless. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. Their hospitality was warm, genuine, and consistently attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. From check-in to check-out, I felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. Highly recommended, and I would gladly return without hesitation.

Wonderful hotel with absolutely incredible breakfast! Don’t skip it!!! Very nice and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Good location. Best place in town!

Nice room and the bed was so comfortable.Breakfast is okay and enough variety.The swimming pool was nice.

The only concern is the hot shower in our room wasn’t properly heated. It took a long time but still not warm enough.

Room is spacious, good for our group because they have big sofa so no need to add extra bed. My group is 2A and 3C, so no extra charge for extra bed. Breakfast has many varieties. The room AC is cold.

hot water for shower did not work at all,, so we have to take the cold shower... for the price IDR 3,7 Mio per night definitely not worth to stay here. the pool is tooo small. no place for kids to play (no playground), they have kids activity but not good enough for my kids.

I had a great stay at the Marriott Hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. What stood out the most was the employees, so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They made check-in quick and gave excellent local tips. Their warm attitude really made a difference. Highly recommended!

Love the room, the staff friendliness, the breakfast menus also delicious. They have excellent Nasi Kuning and Somay Bandung.

Smell in the reception and food better to be more international

Great location and one of the best facilities in those area. Various and delicious breakfast buffet menu.

The newly designed bathroom, still need improvement on it’s drainage floor. Please upgrade the quality of the pool, at least provide water heater dedicated to the pool.

The duvet was a bit smelly and uncomfortable. We could hear the people’s conversations from the room next to us, not sure because of the connecting door or the wall is so thin. The AC is either too warm or too cold.

The staf very helpfull, the variety of breakfast also good and taste delicious. The room not too spacious, but nice interior and also the bathroom super clean. The location very strategic, walking distance to many places

Toilet flush very little water, must flush several time to really clean, shower mixer for hot and cold water not stable, sheer blind completely stuck half way. Prior to my stay i already put a request note to the hotel to alert the toilet and shower functions.

The staffs are very friendly. They even gave me early check-in. The facilities are bit old, but well managed.

One thing that slightly disappointing is the pillow. It's already flattened, so it may cause uncomfortable sleep.
