for the room very good comfort,.the cafe at 7 floor very nice and cozy but the hotel is not to big

The roof top resto was ok. Too plain though.

We could not check in until 4pm as the room was not ready. Although it said the time for check in is at 2pm. During breakfast, the staff was too slow cleaning up the table, so we had to bring our dirty plates to other places to enable us to continue our meal.

The room designs are modern but excuisite taste in design. Bed was so comfortable inluding room decor made for relaxing sleep just like home.The location of hotel is near a major supermarket 5 minute walk away...it has everything for expatriates foods and local. Numerous restaurants are a 5 minute walk, while Paris Von Java mall is only 800 meters from hotel.Rooftop restaurant has amazing views of the city, great atmosphere. In indonesia its rare to find that everything at hotel works with no complaints...here everything works correctly including high power wifi.Breakfast: Very good quality for a Bandung 3 to 4 start hotel.

Nice place to stay specially for family holiday.. diferrent kind of theme room and resto on roof top .. very nice..

Parking.. the way to park area in and out too steep..

The location, the employees were very friendly and helpful, the roof bar and the koi fishes... also the untouchable lift... so cool !!!

The lobby seems very cold and looks like a restaurant and the swimming pool is tiny... what a pity.

Bathroom is not that clean, smell from the drainage, no other towels provided besides bath towels

The location is easy to found. The room is clean and not too small. The lobby is also clean and fresh. Worth the price.

a hotel with a few new designed area. The hotel was clean with good mixed colors. I got the room similar to the photos, kind of good for your eyes to look.

I could say that it wasn't a good price hotel with a standard bathroom, I was expecting more. The TV kind of old-fashioned in comparison with the room design. I was expecting a smart TV, with more movie channels. One thing for sure, I was disappointing with the breakfast, a below average breakfast with that room price.

The location is perfect as it is pretty close to PVJ mall. The room is pretty unique as this is a thematic hotel. Size wise, it is quite big. Friendly staff.

The bathroom has mold everywhere, but thats Indonesia in general. The ac probably needs some filter cleaning as it is a little bit hot. Fridge can be cleaner.

Value for money. Not as busy as Braga area. Walking distant to Rumah Mode which is great for last min. shopping. Walking distant to Setiabudi Supermarket.

Breakfast could be improved. The road in front of the hotel is a one-way road, so you need to make a big detour through the Paris Van Java area.

The spacious room, the friendly staff, the location.

Everything is fine but it would be better if extra bed option is available, and more selection of the breakfast buffet.

I like the location of this hotel the most. In the moddle of City and close to anywhere.

I was located on the floor next to the emergency stair. There was a noisy pump / machine which keep making sounds. Try to avoid emergency stairs area. The hotel need to think about installing the sound proof or something.

The staff are very focused on giving excellent customer service. They are very professional and do things with a smile. The rooms and hotel was spotless and clean. My room always smelt fresh and clean. It's a wonderful boutique hotel with various themes. There's a trendy little music bar not far from the hotel and a large supermarket nearby Thank you all for looking after me. ?

The toaster only cooked on one one side. The staff showed me how to use it properly and even cooked my toast ☺️Buffet breakfast is highly recommended. ?

The room is so clean and big. The staff are so friendly and helpfull. Near by the factory outlet and some restaurant. The location is excellent , easy to go to the center town or other vacation area also to the shopping mall.

Suggestion >> maybe better to have the water dispenser near by the rooms and on each floor. This is more efficient rather than contacting the hotel staff for water. Even though the staff are so responsive and full support.

Location is good, walking distance to Rumah Mode, in the heart of one of Bandung's most popular area. Though it's used to be a bad traffic in the area.

This is the noisiest hotel we've ever stayed. You can hear almost anything from the room, from the noisy sound of their rooftop cafe & bar to the door slamming of ignorant guess. Poor structure, I guess.
