Grand Tebu Hotel

Space of room,large

Improve on toilet, door latch not functioning

Location and friendliness.

The facilities is quite old and the hot water can not be provided.

Always loving the friendly staff, nice room and hotel location

The AC however seems not to cover the family room. Kindly review

first time in bandung and we truly enjoyed our stay here - the location is ideal with the whole stretch filled with nice local cafes and walking distance to popular shops! the staff were friendly and proactive. the view was gorgeous and the room was spacious!

nil

The bed was super comfortable. pillows are abundant. our family room got 2 tv.the aircond and the view is good as well

the breakfast could be improved.

I like the beds and the location

Hot water for showers was not that hot. Maybe some technical issue that day

Great price for such a big room and breakfast included. Super friendly staff.

Central near everywhere. clean and staff freindly

noisy neigbour

Breakfast & location was good. Room was clean & kids liked having an upstairs. View from the room (level 16) was very good.

Noise from meeting rooms on level above (17) started very early and sometimes went in quite late which isn't good when travelling with children.Water for shower was luke warm at most. Room could do with some more drawers, etc. Pool was small & more like a paddling pool.

Location and breakfast.

Aircon not so cold and heated take some time to warm the water.

The staff, the food, the room

The AC is not quite cold

We rented the "Family Loft" and it was perfect for my family.

The bathroom was difficult to approach at night time from the second floor. maybe some safety lights on the steps might help

Dont expect too much. I've got discount rate so its kinda cheap for downtown hotel. No problem if you just need place for rest.

Once i've got there, the system was down so no one can enter to room. I was waiting for about 30 minutes with other people. And the parking lot is something else. If you bring big car, its a big no no.

they have a room for 4 people.it's really nice when we go with family or as a group so no need to book separate rooms.

the bathroom is quite old, the hot water didn't work that hot. it's only warm water.

Great customer service, helpful staffs

The room was fine but disappointed because of the little lizard ? accidentally being touched when I tried to grab my coffee ?

lots of room at the moonbar for uno games and bintang

in real life it is worse than the pictures advertised

I stayed with 4 kids in the family love. the small kids love the room as we could stay in one room. the big kids loved the gym. Entering the car park with elevator was a nice entertainment for the smaller kids :). Location is superb

Breakfast were just so so, there were varieties but the taste not that good. I would prefer having small varieties with more flavor. I didn't like the coffee but luckily a good coffee shop just down the street next to the hotel.

Location was between restaurants.

It's basically a two-star compound not four star. Toilet seat was creaking when we sat on it. View was people's house roof. Swimming pool was on the 18th floor and not clean at all. Breakfast was not a four-star hotel standard. We skipped the last 2 days breakfast and ate popmie. I intended to cancel when we got there but decided to give it a try after all.

Really like the strategic location, near with the place to have some dinner and chilled at night but the traffic was almost horrable.

The breakfast really need to be improve and the room that I'd stayed the hot shower was not working really properly.

1. location is excellent 2. loft type room fits to 5 peole

maintenance of property shall be improvecleanliness in bathroom
