Pros +
- Beautifully presented hotel with exceptional staff. Room and bathroom were spacious. Very clean. Super breakfast. Unfortunately didn’t have time to make full use of facilities.
- What I like the most is the location, very reasonable distance to all the cafes/restaurants I wanted to visit. Next favorite thing is the staff's hospitality, all the way from the lobby to the room cleaning staff.
- Love the stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung. Everyone is helpful and kind. Especially those at the entrance. The staff was very attentive and approached me every time I needed help. Comfy room as well!
Cons -
- Street noise at night despite being 26 floors up
- The shower fixtures (shower head, shower hose, etc.) look pretty outdated.
- It’s not that I don’t like it. It’s just there are few things that could be improved and I’ve informed them about it. The manager contacted me through whatsapp to ask for feedback. Good way of doing business btw.

Amazing pool and good room
Gym can use some upgrade
The staffs are always welcoming guests with smile and ensuring that we are properly attended. Our location is also located within a walking distance from the main street (Jalan Braga).
Despite lowering the tenperature to 25 degrees, it still felt like it was too cold to sleep in.
Kids club and lounge access. Breakfast variety is good.Friendly and attentive staffs.Family friendly hotel. Facilities are up to date and well maintained.Came back to room daily with nice and personalised notes by the housekeeping team.

That was very nice location, near from alun alun, braga, good food, we had afternoon food at lounge
I guess it was old room with some crack over the doors, bathroomsI came quite early at the hotel, I was hoping We can get better/ new roomAnyway, it was all covered by your hospitalityThank you
check in was quick, comfortable bed
Expected more from this hotel chain, there are many better options in town. Service is below standard, one example, despite asking the day before about breakfast in room, many issues with getting the breakfast order, wrong 2 times, after an hour still didnt arrive what we ordered and gave up.
Room was clean and staff was very polite
The walls of our room was a bit thin, I could hear the neighbours when I tried to sleep at night
The friendly, helpful staffs. Clean and spacious room.
