Parking better for hotel using special Lot Parking ..not joining with apartment parking

overall visits are great. this is not the 1st time stay in that hotel. this year was twice, but booked under my sister's name, connecting room. the room is considerate okay, but less tissues, i need to call HK to get tissues, hotel locations are easy to reach, and not too crowded during holiday season, when university are off for holiday. our last visit we didn't order for breakfast, we try street food vendor and delivery option. slightly bit bored with menu breakfast offered.

Truth has to be told, the rooms were perfectly clean and very spacious. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and had a variety of choices. The location is good considering the service available around it. Aside from the negatives, we had a pleasant stay.

There’s a lot to unpack about this hotel..(1) when we booked we informed the hotel via booking.com that we will late check in as we will be flying at midnight from Bali to Jakarta then to Bandung… The day of, they texted us around 5:30PM telling us if we don’t pay via a bank transfer they will cancel our booking… we were in Bali heading to the airport.. make it make sense! They wouldn’t reply to our texts either!(2) we had some laundry to be cleaned at the hotel, they charged us at the express rate instead of the normal one even though we asked for the normal one. It took the employee a long time to sort things out. (3) we had sick kids (diarrhea and vomiting) they had accidents on the bed and blankets.. the hotel charged us to clean them..!!(4) the funniest part of all, if we keep a bottle of water outside the fridge while the AC is on, it’ll stay longer than having it inside the fridge. The fridge doesn’t function as one. We stayed in 2 rooms, both’s were the same.

Simple hotel, good to stay for a night. Beautiful view. Nice staff. Quite a spacious room!

The couch was ripped and the showerhead was half broken.

Amazing room size. Bigger than other same price range hotel.We used 2 rooms by connecting, suitable for family use.

Staff was kind but unhelpful. Nothing else was good or even acceptable. Location is not even noteworthy, with far better options available nearby.

- NOISE: On Booking.com, it indicated that the rooms are "soundproof", however they are the exact opposite, The large rooms are an echo chamber to all the noises from the hallway and surrounding rooms (adjacent and above). From 5am onwards we were woken up by constant noises of people moving objects in rooms and the hallway, running in the hallway, talking and shouting in the hallway, doors opening and closing, telephones ringing from other rooms, etc. It was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE and we could not sleep at all.- Cleanliness/Unhygienic (photo attached): For a hotel that supposedly has achieved maximum hygiene standards, we were greeted with a tray of complimentary toiletries full of FUNGUS!- Bathroom drainage (photo attached): Within less than a minute of a running shower, the shower area would flood as it was unable to drain properly and in the end you would shower almost ankle deep in your own dirty water.- Towel cleanliness (photo attached): All the white towels and bathroom mats were blotchy and stained. Unclear if they were recently cleaned or not.- View (photo attached): The city view we received was of the hotel exhausts and rather unsightly rooftops.- "Double bed": For our double bed, they simply joined 2 twin single beds and placed a double bedsheet to connect them.... while keeping both individual duvets on top!- Wi-fi (photo attached): For a Business and convention hotel (or any hotel for that matter), the wi-fi is embarrassing at only 4.57 mbps download speed.- Refrigerator bar: turns on but barely cools. Even after placing drinks over 20 hours earlier, they were barely cooler than room temperature.- Room telephone: When we tried calling reception to request the in-room safe to be made usable, there was no answer. Later the next day reception had apparently also tried to call us twice while we were in the room, yet the phone never rang!

Staff are friendly and very helpful.

1. Shower screen was installed poorly with a space in the wall and enabled the water to escape out wetting the toilet floor which made it very slippery.2. Swimming pool only opened till 5pm which is ashamed. The water is very cold so can't swim very long.3. Breakfast variety was very lacking.4. We came on weekdays and it was already very challenging to find a parking in the basement. Can't imagine if it's the weekend.

The breakfast was good, many choices, the staff is polite. The room was big. The room was clean enough. Overall it was pretty good hotel. It was pretty easy to find something to eat around the hotel. The location of the hotel is good.

The parking was always full, I stayed for 2 nights, it's hard to find parking space. The room was clean enough but they didn't change the towels. I don't know if they forgot or what. I hope next time they can remember that.

The lighting in the room is very low makes doing activity for study or work become uncomfortable.An old paint and stained ceiling needs to be repainted to make more fresh look and ambience

The room is quite big, nice to have large space to pu many bags and belongings.

The sanitary wasn't good, the water can't go down. But it already fixed by hotel's technician / plumber

Overall good.

Bfast entitle only one person, usually entitle for 2 person. No info since the begining when booking this room...not well communicate.

Room bigger than other hotel for same rate. Location easy to access. We didn't take breakfast in hotel since it's optional. But, we found many option for breakfast nearby the hotel.

During our visit parking close to elevator was challenging. The parking way little bit narrow. The parking payment gate located in hike position. If there is few car queuing rather difficult for unskilled driver.

Nice and comfy room, great swimming pool, friendly staff and tasty food.

Parking area is at the apartment, a building next to the hotel. It’s quite a trouble to walk crossing the building just to get to our hotel room.
