Not so clean: the sheet, blanket, towels

I will not stay in this hotel ever again.

Book in advance for quite non smoking room.Arrived 2 hours latter than the requested check in.Given noisy room facing the strret and elevated street.Wait for 20 min for a better roomGiven middle top most room not facing the street. The room is so noisy with the appliances on the roof, may be central AC. What is the point of waiting? There are other room on the 6th floor, not facing the street. It is week days hotel is not full. The hose keeper confirm other room availabilty.The lobby is more like a playground where you have your kids registered while you do shopping. It is so noisy with kids playng miniaturized pool table.While waiting, I order food and have a late lunch. The food come with half of the items misssing, no vegy soup.The shower is leaking, the sprinkler is loose. The bathroom is smelly, something unpleasant, not a sewage smell.

The hotel was close to Paris Van Java, an outdoor shopping mall perfect for families. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. The beds were very comfy and the view from the rooms, seeing Bandung light up at night, was the highlight. As well as the staff speak English so it definitely made the check in experience easier

The hotel is located on a very busy main road so getting in and out of the hotel with a vehicle can be quite difficult, especially during peak traffic hours

Value for money for short stay to sleep

Location near my customer. Price ok.

Tolets made of composite are quite small, damp, and have a bad smell. They only give you 1 Room key even for power, so many people have forgotten the key and have to go ask for it.Cendol sweets were stale, smelly and bubbly. It's good to save money, but you should also count the number of days and discard it if it's too old by testing it before serving it to customers.

1. key to the room isn't functional for 2 days and Need to go downstairs to reception for changing2. car park management is bad

Breakfast was as expected from IBIS. What can I say about the Indonesian hospitality - the staff are ever helpful and accommodating. They all should be given a healthy bonus. Will stay here again not doubt about that.

Had to walk outside the corridor to get water and the dispenser produced water like a young child peeing - that slow. Only 1 lift operational during my 3 nights stay there.

location is ok.

cleanliness is an issue for us. Beddings and towels are about to turn grey. For the price we pay, we would have expected more but the hotel condition was just not great.

If you want something simple yet nice, Ibis Pasteur is your choice. Check in was easy with no fuss, and just any Accor group hotel, their lobby smells really really nice and calming. Breakfast was tasty with enough option to start the day. House keeping was very good at doing their job. Thank you Opik Hidayat for making us an adorable towel puppy.

I support the hotel being eco friendly, it was just a bit of a hassle not having bottled water in the room. They provide a jug that you can refill from water dispenser in the hallway. I was lucky enough, the dispenser was just in front of the room.

The staff were really friendly. We took the breakfast upon arrival and they could facilitate vegetarian meals for me. They were sweet to prepare something every morning and one of the staff will walk me around to show which items I can eat in the buffet.

Just that the main road access. Always requires the grab drivers to make a big u turn to reach here. But it’s not really an issue just that the drivers were not so happy about it.

Room n corridor need renovation

The room is clean and comfy. Bathroom is pretty small but thats not a big deal for me as long as they're clean. I had city view room thats great. There's movie night and live music as well! The location is close to some great places and train station.

Difficult to get a taxi.Bed linens were not completely fresh.Noisy due to non soundproof windows.

Location, very noisy, children running and screaming in hallway in the morning, afternoon and evening!! Very old bathroom

They have liveband during weekend, quite happening

Maybe because of it’s the peak season, price is at the high side. Also, the door sensor is broken, we are able to open the door without using the card ?

The staff was helpful when I asked questions, breakfast was plentiful. Nice view from my room, and it was quiet.

The space was a little limited for breakfast, especially when there was a special event (wedding). That is my only complaint
