The room i ordered from Booking.com doesnt match with the room.hotel gave...The hotel said that they never have the room i ordered from Booking.com

The location next to paris von java mall. the breakfast variety/quality was far above similar hotels.

When i got to the room, the drinks cooler did not work, even replacemnet does not work. The Sauna at hotel is under maintennace. The Wifi hardly works at 2 bars when it should be 5 bars. I complained to manager, they shifted me to a better room on higher floor, everything worked there.If you plan to go, maybe send message to hotel asking them to check each of the above items at your room before you reach.

Love the location... Friendly staffs especially Melisna. She go all the way out to help my mum n aunt issues with their room. Thank you Meslina.

Only 1 lift operating. N oso the floor i stayed on was renovating. Noisy... Plus i stayed on 2nd floor, noise from the cars and motorists.

The Motor bike parking and the male parking staff who looks trivial because I use a motorbike.

Proximity to PVJ, 4 minutes walk.

The gym and swimming pool are not as nice as per photos. Underwhelming. Room slightly outdated. Photos in booking.com need to be reflected as per current condition.

Overall is good, room is clean Only the shower room need to be refurnished

this is my second visit. unfortunately I always come on weekends and most of the time there were an event. it is pathetic i cant use the pool on my 1st and second visit. i dont know how the management manage the event on weekend and high customer visit the same time which for me is worst! you should manage the vendor of the event to come after the morning swimming time or whatsoever so everyone could use your facilities.

the parking lot is horrible. when i was about to check out, there was a car that parked right infront of my car and the owner didnt leave the key, so it wasnt a pleasant experienced as it was wasting our time.

Location & public areas.

Amenities are mediocre.Mini fridge is only ’cool’. Should be ’cold’Door not safe for fires. IT IS NOT FIRE SAFE.

The hotel reflects great design and includes traditional art in the public areas and rooms. Staff is warm, the place relaxed, rooms on the smaller side but well-appointed, with good beds, lighting, wifi, and hot water. Great buffet breakfast is included in the price.

You may have an issue here with smoking, as would be the case everywhere in the country. You can change rooms - rooms may be similar, but can also have newer furnishings. The location may not be the best, as it is far from Jalan Braga, one of the main attractions in Bandung, and you need to keep in mind the reality of Bandung traffic. You can't walk anywhere from here. Staff speaks little English, and attempting to get help without knowledge of Bahasa can be a problem.

I waited too long to get a bell boy, while we already ordered via call to the reception. The standard room also too small, and I guess I got a room with 2 twin bed, but got merged into 1 so it'll look like a queen/double bed. No refrigerator ya anyway. Just a simple cooler for drinks. Not that cool though.
