Sheraton Bandung Hotel & Towers

Clean, ambience, delicious breakfast

The hotel, restaurant and pool

NA

- The breakfast buffet is like a lunch buffet, it has so many options.- Good place for family with little kids because they have outdoor and indoor playground, with a small petting zoo (bunnies).- I personally love the greeneries within the hotel grounds.- Friendly staffs.

- In this age of coffee drip bag they provided us with a french press instead which requires cleaning and I don't think those coffee ground is good for the drainage. - The worst part is the water kettle. Initially they provided us with an old, yellow, chippy plastic water kettle. When we used it suddenly there was a terrible smell coming from the water kettle. We immediately called room service for a replacement. I think they really need to check the water kettle in each room and replace the ones that already in bad condition.

Very good place to stay with family in aspect of clean, staff and also the breakfast.

Amazing activities for kid, the hourse to ride, feeding the rabbits, our son loved it! And great breakfast too! Unfortunatly we spent only one night there!

Nothing!

Friendly and helpfull staff, quick check-in check-out, very nice sitting area in the lobby, clean and quiet room, lots of space in the parking lot, and there is an EV charger in the parking area.

The seats at the pool were full almost the whole time when we were staying.

We love the room is spacious and the bed is really comfortable, perfect bed configuration.

Only 1 lift access for disabled and too small. Swimming pool is cold water, instead of heated pool.

Service excellent in breakfast time... And Mr. Bintang service is one of them

Swimming pool not temperature controlled, cold in the morning...

Room,pool breakfast

Very nice location, good facilities and very friendly & helpful staff.

Very noisy. The rooms and even the spa facilities aren't sound proof, so you need earplugs if you want to sleep or relax in quiet.

From the moment we step into the hotel, you're enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, courtesy of the friendly and attentive staff. The exceptional breakfast buffet, featuring a wide range of delicious options, is a fantastic way to start your day.

Always a pleasure staying at sheraton. If you have kids, during weekend they have lots of activities for them. Beds were on the bigger size, so more comfy if you have kids staying in the same room with you. Breakfast spread were so many to choose from.

I love the way they handling our complaint. Tha staff fast responses esp. Mr. Bintang at the resto (breakfast time)

I love the ambience, the breakfast and also the staff who fast responses.

Very friendly staff. COLD aircons. Wife and parking just ok. Club lounge was nice, comfortable and tasty snacks.

Parking facilities (valet) and faster WiFi. Neither of these was a deal breaker.

Location and very thoughtful staffs

Room quite far from lobby

A wonderful and wholesome spread. Pak Donald Lukman conjured up the perfect vegan NASI Goreng for me which I appreciated and enjoyed greatly

The staffs are so helpful and humble, the fascilities are good, and the location also good

I forgot to ask for a nonsmoking room, and I got a smoking room. I and all my close relatives hate the smell of smoke and none of my close relatives are smokers, especially my husband and children, and I thought that Sheraton was one of the free-smoking hotels.
