Tune has always been great to me

Location is great, evening check in staff member very good, breakfast staff excellent. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was quite good, egg section excellent. Sky lounge is quite nice. Housekeeping staff very nice.

Cleanliness of room ok, but maintenance of room not great, shower door missing bottom roller and handle only attached at top, water barely warm ( could have been worse - other members of our group had a room with no shower door, bathroom continually wet ). Bathroom basin did not drain properly. Reported issues, not addressed during stay. Staff on check out not particularly helpful, didn't know how to order a taxi. View non existent, I'd advise against staying in a front facing room. Concerns about security as elevator card reader not active during stay, free access at any time.

The breakfast food spread not bad but there are still room for improvements. The house keeping team did an excellent job cleaning the rooms. Bravo! ??

Location is prime. Near ITB, Dago, Dipati Ukur.It has covenience store. McD around the corner, cafes, and all.

The hotel need major revamping. Things are aging here and there.

Laundry service available in hotel.Delicious chicken BBQ breakfast.

The airconditioner was not working properly

Location was best

No hot water in shower also toilet / bathroom smells rotten and not cleaned thoroughly.

Location is great. Close to Dago.

Parking space is limited. They provide you with vallet, which is great. But it is cumbersome if you need to get things from your car.

The location is excellent, only walking distance to ITB and also only a few minutes drive to Dago, Gedung Sate, etc.

Bed not as comfy as expected and parking lot is limited

The location is good. Near cafe and restaurant. The breakfast is simple but taste yummy. There is hairdryer, towel, etc

The bathroom. Need renovation.Better if they chance the lamp color from yellow to white.

Location is prime, value for money

I wish there were more pillows in the room. And I wish it had been quiet during the night, but apparently, there was noise from the music lounge across the street, and I could hear the thumps from the room. The parking space was too small, although the parking service was on stand-by mode, it wasn't so practical. And I wish there was vitrage on the window

It's a great value for money stay. The room was nicely sized, and the bedding was comfortable as well with King Koil bed. The breakfast was adequate for the price point, and the location is great if you'll want to explore northern bandung area

The staff needs to pay more attention to bathroom cleanliness, as there are multiple mold points and unpleasant odor. If you drive a sedan or low ground clearance car, ask the security to arrange on street parking as if you're going to the basement your car is guaranteed to stuck

the location is perfect, it is on the heart of the city. tje food was okay. the staffs are nice as a common nature of people in this city. But there was an event in a night club across the property, was a bit loud in sleep hours.

lil bit less maintenance, dusty in in edges/corners of the room, got a torn towel, and the price compares to the offered facility.

Breakfast is good. Limited options, but it's fine compared to the room rate (including breakfast).The parking lot is very limited. Appreciated the staff, they have other space available for our vehicle (near the hotel).

Room cleanliness can be improved.There is a club across the hotel, so there is a crowd (and a bit noisy) around 2-3 am as they start to leave the club.

Friendly staff, good facilities, nice rooms, good room service, central location.

Bathroom was a little dirty

hotel is near to 24hours eateries such as mcDonalds and upnormal cafe. there is also 24 hours provision shop around the hotel.

hotel did not maintain the room properly. one of the bed in our room was broken on the centre upon our check in. while late at night, there was a loud music sound came from bar in front of the hotel. breakfast, I don’t find it fantastic.

The location is good, the breakfast tastes good with asian style buffet.

The water is very warm, the weather is rainy and cloudy that day, so it's very cold after I finish showering.

Toilet a bit old style

- Room is big enough- AC and wifi work well- Good location, near Simpang Dago

- The hotel has limited parking lot- limited space for breakfast, and i found out under my breakfast table was dirty
