Soulless Hotel in big shopping mall. Nothing interesting. Didn't really feel comfortable there as a solo traveler. Couldn't open a window in the bedroom.
the location is very good, you can reach tourist spots within 15 - 20 minutes and since it is attached to a shopping mall, it is easy to get anything that you might have missed to pack. also, the beds and the sheets were really comfy. the aircon was really nice too
the towels are very dirty - i get that it is washed daily, but i think they can invest in some new towels. the wifi isnt that fast, and since the walls are pretty thin and i stayed in peak season, i can clearly hear people talk & babies' cries

- Thumping sound on the roof day and night (probably a pump) and it was quite loud
Decent place in Bandung, comfy bed and nice staff and clean room.
No stairs, hate to be that guy but waiting for an elevator when you could just walk the stairs if they weren't just emegancy only is very annoying.

The comfy bed, the cleaness and the breakfast. On our last day stay, we check out very early in the morning at 2am. I requested for them to prepare takeaway breakfast and they did. We are so happy. Good job Pop Hotel!

The door lock need to be maintained. We found difficulties to unlock the door, the card lock is working but difficult to open the door, it kept locking.
