Hotel Santika Bandung

The location is good, staffs are friendly and overall service is good.

Floor can be upgraded to wood instead of tiles/

A strategic location but too noisy at night.

They should renovate the room and not soundproof at all, bedsheets and towel were outdated, breakfast was so-so.

The staff friendliness & location of the hotel.

The old style. Dont mind with the old style architecture, but it seems not well-maintain. The bathroom door cant be locked nicely. Also less place to charge

Comfort bed, friendly and helpful staff

Old furniture

Bangunan kelihatan tua, kurang bersaing dengan hotel baru. At least sebaiknya dicat ulang.

I go to the restaurant around 8.30, some foods are empty.

I love the location and the staff. The location is very good that restaurants were only few steps away. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room service came only 2 minutes after the call. I like the tile floor for the hygienic reason. The breakfast was not splendid but okay. The dining room was convenient that my family and I can have chat after breakfast.

It is an old building. I can tell from the bathroom, but it is clean so it is alright. Nothing serious to complain. Love it!

Good location, very near to places of interest. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Amenities were old and worn out, and the wash basin was dirty. Aircondition control not working properly.

Breakfast has many choices , both traditional and international. The room is big and clean. Parking is convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. Provide 4 bottles of water for complemantary is good.

Eventhough breakfast in each day there are both inter and local , they are quite not different.

I enjoyed my stay at Santika Hotel. My room was surprisingly spacious, even including a living room, which was a great deal for the price I paid. The room was located far at the end of the hall, but it wasn’t a big issue. The breakfast was good, offering many options with great taste. I had to pay for an extra breakfast for my daughter, and the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels I've stayed in. Plus, right across the street from the hotel, there's a shopping center with a food court offering tasty meals at reasonable prices.

The hotel's lighting could be improved. The interior feels a bit gloomy, giving it an old hotel vibe. However, the bedrooms were fine with sufficient lighting. Another thing is that the hotel may want to consider cleaning the outside of the window glass, as it was stained with bird droppings.

Nothing,

The room was old and outdated, towels were worn out, AC had a mouldy smell. Rooms poor condition

Been staying here for several times, and always satisfy with the hotel. The location is perfect, the room is spacious with well working fridge and great swimming pool..The breakfast was so so though..

Need upgrade on the wifi for better connection and speed..

Location, breakfast, all staff

The building is a bit old, but very well maintained and comfortable. The location is very strategic in the center of the city.

The staffs were so friendly and welcoming. Excellent customer service at the reception and the restaurant.

The building needs some care. Easy maintenance like cleaning and painting the wall. Such a beautiful building but it's unloved.

The property is a bit outdated, and probably needs an upgrade too. They put me on the street side level, so the noise from the street is a bit unbearable, so noisy with motorcycles and loud cars. But the staff are very friendly and attentive plus trying to help.

Room 107 & 108 are very noisy, they should have installed a double glazing glass. The air conditioning aren’t working very well too.Room 106 is a bit better.

Clean and good location

Shower head was broken coming in but was fixed quickly.Noisy early morning maybe from group tour

Your staff is very friendly and helpfull, location the hotel is strategic, there is all variant breakfast menu is recommend

The room is quite spacious but just a bit too deep

Clean and comfortable and central to shop

The ambience is nice and it is clean. Breakfast buffet was really good. A lot of choices.

The toilet can be slightly cleaner. The space below the sink was not cleaned properly.
