Amaris Hotel Cihampelas

The staff was very friendly

Not clean, we even had blood stains on 1 towel. The swimmingpool is only 0,65 mtr so only for small children, Our 12 year old was really disappointed

Breakfast is quite satisfying with the prices we hv paid. Location is also strategic, in the middle of the city. Easy to get to everywhere

Toiletries

Great breakfast, ac and hot water worked fine. Good location

Bathroom is a bit old and rusty, some stain /rust on the bathroom floor

Near Ciwalk. Convenient.

They can improve breakfast taste. The door lock is hard to open.Water leakages also present in the one of the room. The bathroom sewage is stinky.

cozy room despite the hotel's age

Some keyroom issues, but at least staff acted right away

Defo the staffs are the star of the property, thanks to Salsa especially, she handles all the matters smoothly and swiftly and always so informative. The Young Lady named Silvia, and Dekrys ( who managed to arrange wake up call) Well done guys!! Keep it good job

The lobby area looks tired and not clean, bit dusty and they keep the door open, so aircon is useless and waste of electricity. first room was has leaking aircon unit overnight and the aircon is not cool enough. And the window was broken so in the night you can hear really clear sound of motorbike, sometimes i feel stay newr Motorbike Racing Track ?2nd room had broken aircon aswell, the airflow was unstable so cause not please noise overnight, sometimes you woken up by tha noise.

Clean and walking distance to nearest shopping area

Ask for help from desk but no action. How ever its not big issue because the problem settle by its self

the location is on the side of the main road

the room space is to narrow, and the bathroom no so comfort

Clean, staffs

The view of your room

The hotel is located in a great location. The hotel has a kid's pool. The security staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast experience was quite disappointing. I arrived at 8 am to find the restaurant packed with people and many of the food items already running out. There were also not enough cups and glasses available. In comparation, I've stayed at Amaris Setiabudi Bandung with lower rates that had much more organized and pleasant breakfast experiences.

Very nice people, good hospitality, and clean room.

Sound of traffic is heard into the room. Please check window rubber seals.

Friendly staff and clean room, very near shopping area, walking distance about 5min only

Strategically Placed near Bandung main tourist spot, Cihampelas Walk. Friendly staff.

The pool is only for kid. need clearer description. The Wifi and the is kinda sucks, really slow.

Great location

Facility: There is no hair dryer, and the sandal given only 1 pair

1-The location was near to cihamplas walk bridge not very close but near maby need to walk about 15 minutes.

1- Breakfast only Asian.2- Smoking erea same place with eating erea. 3- No kettle in the rooms. 4- Small rooms you can't move. 5- Motorcycle sounds in the street you can't sleep until 3:00am sounds and they will start again noisy in 6:00am.6- No dressing cabinet .7-The bed wasn't comfortable.8- A foul smell coming from the bathroom.9- No refrigerator in the rooms.

The staffs are friendly, the rooms are pretty clean

The signal & internet was very very bad, some of the bathroom tools need to be fixed because they’re so noisy

- location- staff- value for money

- furniture need refreshment- breakfast is just okay

its location. room clean and has a big TV

room a bit of small. window facing neighbor wall.

This property was dirty and disgusting throughout. The room was also dirty including the bathroom. The bathroom was in need of a thorough update. The shower head was broken and difficult to shower. The breakfast was very poor in selection and quality and when I ordered an omelet the staff apologised that they did not have any eggs.

Breakfast it's ok.Staff is so friendly.

room cleanliness needs attention
